I have a vinyl replacement window at my home that has become damaged and was looking for some info. Even though Heritage didn't sell me it, doesn't sell the product and has no financial incentive to help me out, John was able to get me in contact with the original manufacturer so I could work it out with then directly. It is extremely rare to have someone go out of their way like this, especially for a homeowner dealing directly with a distributor.
