Have never had a bad experience. Staff is courteous knowledgeable and always willing to lend a hand. Paul, the owner is usually always there and willing to speak to directly.

They are very good. The service they have given is beyond great. I've had many questions and they have helped me understand. They delivered my hot tub the week of their vacation. Can't do better than that.

I used Aaron Pools several years ago to purchase our hot tub and had a great experience. My parents had used them many years prior to install their own pool as well so they came highly recommended. At the height of COVID, we decided to install an in ground pool. Because of the pandemic, they were incredibly busy and needed to wait a year for availability.

Despite a year wait, Paul kept in contact with me and kept me up to date on the progress of the process. He helped me to design it, select options and provided feedback along the way. On install day, the guys hit a severe amount of ledge which required having a third party come in to hammer out the ledge. Paul sent a crew member to ensure the third party got rid of enough ledge to account for the pool depth and ensured they wouldn't have to come back twice.

Despite the wrench in the process, they never dropped the ball and stayed on top of the installation as soon as they were able to reconvene. The pool is beautiful, well installed and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Aaron pools and spas with both a Hot Tub as well as a new pool installation. They started our pool on a Monday and it was full of water by Thursday and wrapped up on Friday. They started when they said they were going to and stayed until it was done. Paul and his crew were fantastic from start to finish. His customer service is A+. Our pool looks fantastic! Thank you!

We did a lot of research before choosing a company to install our pool. We chose Aaron Pools because we felt comfortable with Paul and he was very responsive during the process. We had a ton of questions and he was patient and helpful from beginning to end. The build was completed in less than five days! They started on a Monday and were done by Friday at noon and the kids were swimming on Saturday!

The pool is beautiful and we could not be happier. They walked us through the maintenance process and Paul has been quick to respond to my continuous questions - typically responds the same day. I'm very happy that we chose Aaron!

We ended up having to open our pool late due to the fact that this company did not respond to our requests to open our pool early. We finally got it open in June and are not satisfied that our pool still appeared dirty, green and also our pool pump we use has a leak inside it that has not been taken care of. Every time we call them to come fix our pool, they always tell us the same answer that "everything is fine" when it is clearly not the case since it looked like no work has been done.

They do tell us what to use to help clean up the pool but it never made any good progress because the pool since the day it was open is still not cleaned and working properly, especially the leaking pump. My family and I will not trust this company ever again unless they improve on how they can answer their requests from their customers and that they will get the whole job done instead of doing a part of the job so that our pool and pump could be fixed for the summer.

I would like to thank Paul and his team members at Aaron Pools & Spa, for being such a huge help when things seem to be impossible to get done these days. Nothing but the best customer service. I Had some major issues with my pool liner leaking a lot of water, Paul offer nothing but help. I was stressing over issue that was just going to ruin my girls summer, Paul and team pulled it off and help save summer enjoyment for my three girls.

We recently bought our first pool from Aarons Pool and Spa and are overly impressed with our experience. The staff was amazing, very informative and extremely helpful. Our 4 yr old son's eyes lit up watching the pool install and the staff went over and beyond and were so good with him, Just an all around amazing experience. Highly recommended!

I can't speak highly enough about my experience at Aaron Pools and Spas. He already came highly recommended to me prior to my experience. Firstly, of over a dozen contractors that I have dealt with during my house build. Paul at Aaron Pools and his crew was the most pleasant, honest and spot on with being reliable over anyone that I have worked with. Paul's honesty is very apparent with his estimates.

He educates the customer during the process and on many occasions have discouraged any expensive additions that were not practical, ultimately saving me money in the long run. His quotes could not be beat. This professionalism, honesty and reliability has persisted without change during pool openings and closings throughout the years!
