Design Aid catalogs are available for assistance with system layout and drawings, available as AutoCad or PDF files. We offer routine training classes geared toward local markets and individualized training for particular projects or questions.
Follow I-195 to MA-24 South. Take Rhode Island exit 1 for RI-138 Middletown/Newport Beaches. At end of exit bear right onto Turnpike Ave and follow for of a mile to traffic light. At light, bear right onto RI-138/East Main Rd. Entrance is approximately of a mile on the left. Follow RI-138 E over the Jamestown and Newport bridges.

Since Effluential Technologies seems to be associated here as well (perhaps one bought the other or they are sister companeis), here is my review: Buyer be warned - Effluential Technologies was fine until we actually needed them. On a routine inspection, the tech said we had roots in our system - and tried to get us to rip up our garden - which meant a back and forth with office staff and months chasing after the "owner" who never returned to re-inspect the system but did produce a proposal for expensive remediation - work that it turns out would have been unnecessary.
We switched companies, and went with someone who re-inspected, did some routine clean up, and found all systems go. We have had a much much better experience since, especially as the scheduler and biller for the new company are nice, effective, and at least pretend to care.

We had installed new pump from Atlantic solution. with in first year we start having problem and it happen to be on of the float (part) that was bad. not just they refuse to repair under warranty. they want payment upfront before they diagnose the problem. after 10 month again having issue they refuse to fix problem and try to pin on wiring could be at fault. i also inquire about cost of new system they do charge lot more when your contractor is installing everything. all and all please make sure if you purchase its under warranty for 1 year. at least get second quote before you decide to go with them. and if you have your contractor included in price then please make him responsible for warranty. in first 24 month i already spent almost one thousand dollar in compare to pump it self is abt 4k.
