Critical: Professionalism Had a VA required termite & moisture inspection after a very thorough home inspection. Company tried to say house had active fungus (no moisture present) and evidence of termites (yes which were removed & treated). Subsequent inspection was SAT. Tried to milk us for several thousand dollars in unnecessary repairs. Service: Home inspection

I will never use another pest control company again! Suffolk pest control is the best! I called to get a termite and moisture inspection service. They set me an appointment and a inspector named Robert came out to perform the inspection. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Robert and Suffolk pest control to everyone! I have called on Suffolk Pest Control to do hundreds of inspections for real estate transactions. Also, for several infestations, bug inspections, etc. They are always a pleasure to speak with on the phone, very friendly and courteous. The techs that work there are also extremely personable and eager to call and explain their findings right away. We recently used Suffolk Pest control for an issue in our home. As a person who works in customer service, I must say I was pleased with their service. The tech was on time, easy to understand, and most importantly resolved our problem. Hope we don't have anymore pest issues but if we do, at least I know a company that will show up and fix the problem.
