Services
Rob Rardon founded Kitchen Emporium in 1988 and is an active participating member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association. With a degree in commercial art, Rob uses his creative flair to design beautiful, classic kitchens. Rob's interests involve spending time with his family and will often be spotted with his golf bag in tow.
Kitchen Emporium is a registered Class A contractor in the state of Virginia. We choose to focus on the interior remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, offices, and entertainment areas. We also are available to move, add, or remove interior walls. If you are the do-it-yourself type, we can be your source for new cabinets and countertops. We strive to remain flexible to meet the needs of our customers.

We are extremely satisfied with our kitchen renovation completed by the Kitchen Emporium. Dennis was very receptive to both the specifics and general concepts we wanted incorporated into the finished product. His years of experience was evident when it came to his suggestions of things to consider. We were also was very pleased with the quality of work put forth by each of the different trades involved with the actual demolition and installation.
These contractors were skilled, friendly and took pride in their work. Dennis made frequent visits to the job site and the work progress flowed very well. Our final bill was LESS than the signed estimate when the amount of work required was less than anticipated. I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and have NEVER had a bill less than the estimate.

Spectacular remodel! I have had the best kitchen remodel in both design and execution. Every aspect of the kitchen remodel went well from Dennis the lead designer and shout out to Shelby; to a great craftsman Brennan who installed the Huge beam in the ceiling that allowed us to remove a large column in the middle of the old kitchen along with various other jobs, to Bo and Tim the best cabinet installers who went above and beyond and handled my high end cabinets with loving care, to Chris the fast, professional, and great tile installer, to Zack a very hard working, neat, knowledgeable hardwood floor installer with great wood working skills.
This does not include the other wonderful tradesmen from the electricians and Billy the best plumber. Each and everyone was professional, hardworking, quality, and went above and beyond especially when the Covid hit since we had just started. I would recommend anyone thinking, planning, or ready to do a kitchen remodel to call them. I had a well planned, wonderful experience from being to end! Thank you guys again, Robin This Kitchen Emporium is in Portsmouth Virginia I believe they do the whole Tidewater area.

We choose contractors with great "A+" ratings on Angie's List because they have always done great work. Dennis and his team from Kitchen Emporium are no exception. They have just finished a complete redesign and installation of our kitchen and it is beautiful. We had several design features of our own that we wanted incorporated and Dennis made that happen.
From tear out to electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring and installation teams they were professional in every way. As Dennis said, his team makes him look good. If you want or need a kitchen remodel, we highly recommend Kitchen Emporium in Portsmouth Va.

While we didn't end up going through Kitchen Emporium, I have to give five stars to Dennis and his team and kitchen emporium! After buying a fixer-upper we decided that the kitchen was a good job We were referred to by our mortgage company to kitchen emporium and our contractor. we are so pleased with the services thus far we have gotten from Dennis. Helping us pick out the granite and cabinets and sink hardware. This Man knows his stuff, you can tell he enjoys his job and really had all the knowledge about the product to help make home owners make a good decision. This showroom is great too. Our complete kitchen makeover was scheduled to begin in mid-April. Right before the start date, I was notified that I had to have some surgery. Rob and his crew started on a Tues and I went into the hospital on Friday, for 5 days. Rob and his people were so wonderful to my wife during this process. They kept her up to speed as to what each day curtailed and worked with her around some of her visits and stays with me at the hospital.
They were all very respectful toward her and went over each task with her as the job progressed. They showed up when they said they would, introduced themselves and did what they were tasked to do. The kitchen looks wonderful, my wife is thrilled and I am happy for her. Everyone that sees it in person or on Facebook is completely in awe and maybe a little jealous too. Great crew and great job.
