Thank you Steve P! I called on a Thurs and by chance was able to get a next day appointment. Steve arrived on time and was able to review my situation and answer my questions. Great experience. LOVE to give five-stars - but the price?! An old natural gas galvanized pipe running under the patio deck that feeds my gas grill finally rusted out. The tech quickly found and repaired with all new copper flex tubbing to a very high standard. In a few short hours and $1,400 later, problem fixed. Premier Plumbing IS a solid premium company.

The support staff and field techs are responsive and professional. Had another plumbing company, ALI-COR plumbing, out months earlier. Their tech told me the odor was propane, suggesting a possible tank leak from a nearby neighbor. Anyway, prices for competent home repair companies is just crazy post-COVID. Brace yourself!

Belinda was very helpful on the phone and was able to get us in quickly right before Thanksgiving when our only bathroom was clogged. Thanks Premier Plumbing for sending Jared out to my emergency last night and today. My water heater failed in the poolhouse and the ceiling collapsed ! But along came Jared to the rescue, he was AMAZING ! He was very professional, kind and completed the job as requested. He even solved a mystery problem with my water flow that we have had for over 14 years and no other plumber cared to troubleshoot! We will definitely call Jared for all of our plumbing jobs ! Great Service. They came out on an emergency call (burst pipe) around 1am, then started work the next day. They worked around my schedule and the other companies (restoration and drywall) to get the pipe repaired and installed a new water heater. The work was completed by the end of the week. The techs were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you!

Justin and Drew came out to repair a cracked sewer drain line. The work was performed under warranty (new house). They quickly diagnosed the issue, went to purchase needed parts, and then made the necessary repairs. They also shared their valuable knowledge with me so I now understand how my sewer system, including the exterior sump pump, works. Very happy with their prompt service and professionalism.

For an update to my Aug 2020 review, the repair to my sump pump did not last, It recently started leaking again (Aug 2021). I called for additional warranty work and they advised me the warranty had expired, and I would have to pay for any additional repair work to my sump pump. Premier Plumbing initially installed the sump pump in my new home in 2020, it's been problematic ever since (two leaks within an 18-month period), and they won't stand behind their work. I'll find a company a local Williamsburg company that I can trust and will stand behind their work. I do not recommend Premier Plumbing.

After getting the run around by another plumber. Premier plumbing helped us out the same day I called. They're professional and did the work quickly and efficiently. They are everything I could ask for in a plumber. I'd definitely use them again. Service: Pipe repair

The seat in the hot water valve in the shower wore out. I called Premier Plumbing and Belinda had a technician to the house in 45 minutes. Stephen had it fixed in less than an hour. Both Belinda and Stephen were personable and professional. Since doing the renovation on our house to now Premier Plumbing is our go to for Plumbing issues.

Premier responded to my call quickly. Shane and his assistant worked diligently to find the underground cast iron pipe that had crumbled with age. The repair was made and a next day follow up call was performed by Shane to ensure all was well. I would and will recommend Premier Plumbing Services to anyone looking for quality plumbing work.

We had a toilet that would not stop running, technician Justin came to our home to do address the issue. Safety measure and PPE were worn through his entire service call. He was polite and repaired our toilet in a timely manner. We found the cost to be reasonable for the service provided. We have since recommended premier plumbing to family and neighbors.

BEWARE. I thought I would share my experience (which was the second negative experience).my renter called to let me know his shower handles were leaking again as Premier was out there earlier this year and replaced the stems for me. Premier showed up and called me to let me know that the shower handles really needed to be replaced. Apparently the shower diverter pipe was rusted out and they really needed to replace the entire thing.

They said the good news is there was access to the back of the shower thru an access panel and they make a replacement kit that was around $40. They also recommended I go back with a single handle versus the three separate handles so that less can go wrong in the future. I asked if that was cheaper and they said yes, if nothing else it would essentially be the same price.

I told them to go for it. My tenant told me that once I gave them the green light they left for a couple of hours to go back to the shop to pick up the replacement kit and then returned and replaced everything in the shower (i.e. handles, diverter, cut offs, and sprayer). The technician later called me to tell me what he had done. He basically told me everything I already knew (above) and also told me all about the cut off valves that he added in the back that he was not going to charge me for.

I got the impression he did not want to give me the price but after asking him a couple of times he finally told me my total came to $1,680. After discussing with the technician he had the manager call who agreed to drop the price to $1,275. Still seems way too high for an afternoon job with what should have been less than than $300 in parts. I will never be using them again.

DON'T EVER CALL this company. Price gouging is the least of what you will get from them. Three other plumbers told me their EMERGENCY after-hours price would have been HALF of what these guys charged me on a weekday. When I called about it, they came down $175, which was NOT half, and then threatened collections when I pushed back. STAY AWAY.

**UPDATE 11/7/16** As I stated the first time BEWARE of this company. I knew when they came back out the second time to correct the issue that they didn't complete the first time that something just wasn't right. Well, it wasn't. I got another company to come out today, as I wanted to get another opinion. In so many words they said that I was told lies and got ripped off.

They spent TWO hours cleaning out my pipes where as the first time Premier came out they only spent 45 minutes and the second time on 1 and 15 minutes. I actually cleaning my pipes from the front of my house to the street something Premier never did either. I was told they don't see how they unclogged anything because it was still clogged up pretty bad. Second, Premier said that I had some chopper piping and that was what was causing the problem as it needed repair/replaced. Again, that was a lie, I don't have ANY under my home as the company that came out today actually went UNDER my house something you all never even did.

I don't know how you all stayed in business for this long, but I guess you just rip people off and lie to the customers. Like I've said before you will never step foot in my home again or do any kind of repair work. I feel like you all took my money and didn't do crap to fix the problem.
