I'm sitting in the parking lot in Howell shaking my head while writing this. I walked into the store at 2:50 in the afternoon. There are zero cars in the parking lot, a jacket is draped over the chair where the desk/ checkout area is, the TV is going and there is no employee in sight. I walked around, totally unattended to. I went into every room that displayed tile and still did not see anyone nor greeted by anyone.
After 30 minutes in the store by myself, I left. I can't believe it. I've always tried to support a stand alone business but this was the worst experience I've encountered. 30 minutes is a long time to not see an employee. Guess my product will be purchased elsewhere.

Fuda has a decent selection of tile. We've gone to them a few times trying to find that special something that grabs our attention and really "pops". The staff have been friendly and helpful, though it can be tough to get some attention if they are busy. This is both a positive and a negative - if they are focused on you, they focus on no one but you; but they also sometimes digress into stories and side information that isn't necessary, and which keeps them from helping as many customers as they could. Overall, if you're looking for tile, Fuda is worth a look.
