I hired United Pro construction to do a job at my property technician named John came to my house gave me the estimate for new roof new gutters new siding and other things the guys came on time as they described the job is going to be done they had everything done on time very good very responsible they clean after what they did I highly recommend this company to friends and family

This contractor gone above and beyond his job to satsify the customer. Its demonstrates how excellent customer service can have a lasting effect on customer relationships. I will definatelly call this contractor on future projects. The contractor is a empathetic listener and makes the customer know he values their time. The front sidewalk was installed proffessionally, the area cleaned afterwards and price was right.

I needed someone for a second opinion and it needed to be done in a timely manner, United pro went above and beyond helping me and was able to meet all my needs with a couple days. Very nice, easy to communicate and responded timely. Would recommend for any job! They completed the job in 2 days and took pride in their work! Quality work that was phenomenal.

This company Power Washed my entitled house for a great price, gave me the best estimate and beat all competitors, the friendliest group of people ever, I mean all the way from the secretary to the workers, everyone was so polite and I felt very comfortable at all times. They even re-enforced my gutter when they noticed it was a little messed up. I highly appreciate this company and recommend them to anyone who needs any type of exterior service!

Hands down the BEST work and customer service EVER! I have used this company for my roof since 2015, when they came to do repairs. I recently had a small leak. The owner came over immediately, fixed problem (which took a good hour) and he NEVER charged me. He refused. I mean, talk about customer service! Plus great work! Highly Recommend United Pro!

I was very pleased with the entire process. A1 Gutters came out promptly and gave me the quote. I did look at several other contractors but felt at ease with A1. They were extremely talented and professional! This was a very large difficult roof and they worked very hard and measured every board and area so it was done right. It looks great. The roof was completed in the amount of days they said it would be and the tenants were not inconvenienced. All debris gone. I would say YES to anyone needing a roof done

When finding out I had to get my roof redone, I was really hesitated. Endless companies and price estimated. Even though I knew the roof should be done ASAP, I had hard time picking the right company for the job. Through Yelp, I came across United Pro Construction and asked for a quote. The company responded right away, and few days later I got to meet with them.

United pro was such a great teacher! They got on my roof and later showed me photos of it, he explained what was wrong, and how he is going to work it- from demo to final inspection. I felt very comfortable that this company will get the job done. I highly recommend this company and hope you'll have a great experience like I had!

After meeting with 5 different roofing companies we choose United Pro because of their efforts. Their knowledge and explanation of the process was exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure or salesman pitch - just upfront and honest. Our 110 year old house had 4 layers of shingles including the original wood shake roof. It was a big job.

The workers were courteous and punctual. At the end of each day they left the yard organized and picked up. We has some slight miss communication, Mike out of town during our installation, but things were quickly resolved and we were happy with the resolution. We definitely would recommend Mike and his team for any roofing needs.

United Pro is Awesome. United Pro was referred to us by someone who uses his services often, and we can see why! His quotes are reasonable, his work is high quality, and he and his crew are professional. He initially came to repair the front steps to our building, but also repaired our sidewalk to comply with our building insurance requests. He even installed he back steps as a courtesy!

He also worked on part of the roof and did such amazing work! Woot woot! He then took the time to walk around the building with us, and explain what should be done, what wasn't done properly, and some simple fixes we could do on our own. This was immensely helpful! He is very knowledgable and just a good guy! We will continue to use his services for our building projects! I can't say enough about these guys.

I was very impressed with United Pros. They were very prompt in responding to all questions and concerns. This greatly impressed me. Work started on time and was finished the same day. Cleanup was very thorough. Only two small problems. The satellite dish was removed then reattached the wrong way. United Pro made sure this was taken care of. The bundles of heavy shingles that were repeatedly dropped on the roof caused one light fixture in one of the bedrooms to come loose. This was immediately fixed. United Pro apologized and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend United Pro Construction.

Professional. Thorough. And friendly. United Pro is amazing! He and his three guys worked through the day to complete the job fast and efficiently. They have excellent attention to detail. We appreciate their critical eye and high standards. We brought him back to install a new roof. Not only did he do a great and fast job (delivered ahead of schedule) but he noticed that our gutters needed some cleaning, so he did them at (at no charge.).

I have no regrets. My roof was leaking and after 2 adjusters and one other contractor (who wanted me to replace the whole roof) they couldn't find the leak. United Pro found the leak while it was wet outside and in a matter of minutes. United Pro responded in a timely manner and when I was ready to get the job done, I was put on the schedule within a reasonable amount of time.

I can't say enough good about United Pro! They are T rue professionals and know what they are talking about and have been doing roofing for over 20 years. Aside from that he is just a class act great person to know overall! The minute he came out to give us a quote me and my wife knew he would be the person for the job, and we had 2 other bids. Started this process off knowing zero about roofs and roofing and was fortunate enough to get paired with Benny at United Pro who was PHENOMENAL! Never once did I feel as though he was annoyed with this set-up or all the questions each of us had throughout the process. He was very involved, climbing into the attic, explaining the condition of the roof and the entire process very clearly, and re-explained when asked. This man even answered calls, texts and emails when he was OFF and traveling! You don't get this kind of customer service anymore! Someone raised him right! He is definitely an asset to the company. Not to negate the rest of the team, as the actual roofers were professional and kind as well.

The Crew from United Pro Construction LLC did an outstanding job from start to finish! They started at 7;00 AM Monday and gone by 4:00 PM Tuesday, doing a complete tear-off and replacement of our 64 square Condominium roof including replacing 6 skylights. The outside Clean up is as good if not better than when they arrived on site. We are extremely satisfied with the total project. Customer service and communication were excellent.

We needed a new shingle roof and rain gutters for our single story home and got quotes from several companies. United Pro won the job because they seemed honest and straightforward. They were able to come up with some affordable solutions for a couple quirks with our property, like the AC unit on the roof and the way our roof didn't slope in an area where we needed rain gutters. I had a great experience with United pro! My friends have told me some horror stories before about working with flaky contractors or contractors who take advantage of them not knowing anything about construction and charing them a higher price - but our experience was fantastic with this group so I'm really thankful for it! The owner was awesome, he was super responsive and detailed with his communication which made us feel like we were in great hands.

He came over with a team and did a great job of delegating all the tasks to get done what needed to be done. I'm super happy with the final result, and once again just really thankful to have worked with someone in this field that was so transparent and reliable.
