Joe (Joseph) was awesome. He came in and quickly assessed the situation and worked to repair the problem with minimal damage to my dry wall (the leak was in the wall.) He took the extra step to tact back up the piece that he cut out to repair the pipe when he was done. The questions that I asked were answered professionally and demonstrated his knowledge of his craft. Joe kept smiling and socially engaging with us through out the process and that was reassuring.

As a homeowner having to call for services such as plumbing, did not put me in my happy place, but working with someone like Joe helped me remember that good people exist and I should be thankful. If I ever need services again I'll request Joe, not taking the chance to not have the same exceptional customer experience!

Dillon did a fantastic job repairing our water heater. I didn't even know there was an issue, but he was able to identify, quote and fix quickly and at a fair price. Was EXTREMELY easy to work with and very kind and professional to my roommate and I. Quality of the work was superb and I have definitely noticed my gas bill drop this month. Highly recommend!

After a frustrating day of waiting around for another plumbing service I decided to contact Keep Smiling Plumbing. They were quick to respond, scheduling me the next day at their earliest opening. The technician, Ron Grissom, text right on time saying he was on his way and sent a picture so I could easily identify him. He was extremely professional, polite, offered excellent service and in summation was a job well done. Keep Smiling Plumbing offers great service and solid expertise - don't let the cheesy name fool you. I almost did not call them for a quote because I could not take them seriously with the name, but then another plumbing company recommended them for our issue because they themselves were too booked. Calling Keep Smiling was a great move, and they were helpful from start to finish!

We worked with Dillon and he is wonderful - patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He came to our home to assess the problem, provided a quote within the hour (I think it was a free quote, which is rare), was on time for our appointment, found the leak in our yard, replaced the pipe with our preferred material, offered suggestions and recommendations, tested that everything worked properly, flushed our lines, and cleaned up all things when job was complete. I have zero complaints, which is also rare for me. We will call Keep Smiling Plumbing first with any plumbing needs that may arise, and I would recommend the same to others.

*Service provided was assessment and advise. James Nuckles came to assess and advise me of my options for replacing my shower and garden tub. Although we didn't end up using their services, he was kind, helpful and very informative. He took the time to explain everything to me, possible solutions, the pros and cons, and recommended some options for me to consider. From the time the dispatcher, Jill answered my call and helped find a technician to the arrival of Dan I was put on ease about my leak being repaired. Dan was professional and personable, located the problem and fixed the problem as well as pinpointing another potential problem and repairing that as well. I know it was last minute calling but it did put us at ease knowing we were in good hands. Dan made it possible for us to keep smiling! I would recommend Keep Smiling as a good reputable company and I am pleased with the work that was done.

We found a leak in our refrigerator supply line late on a Sunday night and the water shutoff valve was not shutting off the water completely. Ultimately we had to cut the water off at the meter/road. As soon as Keep Smiling opened on Monday, I called to see if we could get a plumber out to help us. Unfortunately, they had no one available until Tuesday, but we had no water coming to the house, so I started calling other plumbers.

No one was available! Within a few minutes, William from Keep Smiling called me back to try to get us worked into the schedule. Lo and behold, he was able to send James out to us by 10:00 am. James quickly diagnosed the problems and gave us his recommendations. He worked efficiently to get the water shutoff valve replaced, replace the supply line with a flexible steel hose (original one was PVC) and replace the supply line shutoff valve as well.

He got our water turned back on and helped us move the refrigerator back in place. He explained all the repairs he made and showed us how the new valves worked. It's obvious Keep Smiling is interested in keeping customers with their unequaled service, quick response time and professional workmanship. With home plumbing, it's not a question of IF you will need a plumber, but WHEN. Keep Smiling will be my first call again next time.

My appt was confirmed with a 4 hour window. Plumber was a no-show, with no call. When I called to find out what the heck, I was promised a same day call back from 'dispatch'. That was 2 days ago and still no call. If I could give zero stars, I would.

James was awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job fixing other peoples mistakes and fixed the flange and installed a new toilet. We had no idea until we got our water bill that our main water line to the street was broken. Our bill was through the roof! Keep Smiling came out quickly and resolved the issue by switching out our piping. They were very easy to work with. They were nice and timely and professional. It was pricy but I think this type of work would be the same price if not more anywhere else. We will definitely use them again if something else comes up!
