This is the second time I had to put a new roof on this house in the past 25 years. Every problem I had with the first roofing company (took 10 days to finish and then had 2 leaks after first rain) I had none with Advanced Roofing. They installed the best looking and quality roof I could of hope for in less than 2 days. I got several quotes that were 2000 or more higher than Advanced and one quote that was the same but they wanted half the money before starting.

I had a great experience with advanced roofing from the time i called to schedule an inspection, all the way till i got a new roof. Peter was very professional, he took care dealing with my insurance, and had them pay for the damages. Highly recommend to use them for your roofing needs.

Nick inspected our roof on March 23rd 2022. Nick is a very respectful nice person to work with. He is very knowledgeable on the work that he does. He fixed nail pop I had sealed it back down took the nail out. I pray for his family in Ukraine. Hope they are safe and God will protect them.

My home still had the original roof, about 19 years old, with some emerging issues. A leak caused some discoloration on the ceiling on the first floor; shingles were starting to lift and ended up somewhere in the neighborhood. As a first-time homeowner, I didn't know where to begin choosing the best roofing company. I needed an honest company to use some of the best quality of products and leave my property in better condition.

I then took a course at Google and YouTube University- what to look for in a good roofing company? How do you do if you aren't getting scammed by a roofing company? How do I know if the manufacturer and third-party warranty will be honored if an issue arrives? These are just some of the questions that I needed to answer before deciding on. A few door-to-door roofers left their flyers at my door, but I did not respond to them.

Door to door will offer to the world and even tell you, "oh yeah, your insurance will replace your roof" this is not always the case. When the insurance adjuster comes out to look at your roof, they try to find any reason NOT to pay. Now, if you've read this far, keep going! After looking at google reviews of the companies on the flyers, I started to look for companies in business for MORE than ten and didn't have negative reviews within the last two years in the Lawrenceville Area (I think it's good to do so keep help local businesses).

That's when I found Advanced Roofing and Remodeling. After I finished the courses at Google and YouTube university, I knew what answers I needed to answer before making the final decision. Kornel and Petru are both professional and were honest upfront. They explained the type of products they would use and how they would protect the roof of my home and its longevity.

They even told me what they couldn't promise- and that was a total roof replacement, and that was up to my insurance company. This is, in fact, true. Advanced Roofing and Remodeling's team came onsite the prompt the morning of and worked it seemed endlessly into the evening hours. At last, my first significant home restoration job is complete. We had Allstate an it clearly became a longer process . Cornell came met with our adjusters, answer questions and advised us. Once the claim was approved, he's crew came replaced the roof, clean and cleared all the debris . We were very happy with the company's services.

They kept me informed the entire time and even sent pictures of the damage they found that resulted in having to replace decking and they were very upfront with the additional cost, which the possibility was also discussed when they gave the initial quote so it was not a surprise.
