These guys are the best! They called me after I submitted my issue via their website. I had asked for someone to come in on Saturday and they offered to have someone come in that very day. Steve was knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix my AC issue. He replaced the capacitor and my AC was back to cooling again with no issue. The previous company I called told me that my HVAC unit was very old and I needed to buy a new one which would have cost me over 5K to say the least.

I spent 3 weeks with no AC trying to figure out how I was going to handle this huge unexpected expense during one of the hottest months in GA. Be careful with these companies that all they want to do is scam you out your money. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND ALWAYS GET A 2ND OR 3RD OPINION. Zone Home Solutions saved me and my pockets! I will definitely continue my services with them. They are honest, knowledgeable and they went above and beyond my expectations.

Bobby is the man! We started having issues with german roaches coming from an abandoned house next door and gave Bobby a call. He has taken the extra time to go above and beyond to make sure they have gotten taken care of in every crevice. We have used Zone Home for several years for quarterly pest control as well and have never had any issues. We recently started using them for Misquito tratement and have been thoroughly impressed! I was having issues with my prior termite company, especially with poor customer service and bond renewal fee increases every single year. Zone Home Solutions was the complete opposite. They are very responsive in answering my questions thoroughly as well as extremely professional and friendly. They also do not increase their yearly bond renewal for the current bond agreement. I had Zone repair my 30 year old HVAC system. Their serviceman Roderick did an excellent job. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed (blower relay) and had the system repaired the next day. I found Roderick to be very professional, careful, competent, and personable. When I need help again, I will call Zone and hopefully get Roderick.

We had a water pipe damage our furnace and AC system. Being in summer, the issue was a priority. Steve was amazing in his responsiveness and his communication regarding the issues with the system. He worked quickly and professionally to order the necessary parts and get the system up and running, over a series of three separate visits. During these times it is great to know that high quality companies like this exist. Zone Home Solutions will be our go to service people for a long, long time.

Zone started out as a promising Pest Control provider -- however my wife started to notice that the application visits were getting shorter and shorter. Last fall I was sitting in the front room when Zone pulled up to do the pest control application and I started my stop watch. Less than five minutes and Zone was done and gone from my driveway. Our yard is a decent size and there is absolutely no way that Zone could have applied an adequate coverage in such a short amount of time. I called and cancelled shortly afterwards and I am now looking for a new Pest Control service this spring.

Zone did an amazing job installing a brand new Hvac system in our home! After comparing Many quotes, theirs came in very competitive in pricing, and detailed. They were able to put us on the schedule soon where other companies had us waiting for too long. The guys arrived when they said and did the whole project very fast, and cleaned up by they time I got down to see how it was going. I would highly recommend these guys! Also the responsiveness and genuineness of this company is refreshing. Awesome job guys!

I feel like we get a good service for pest control and termite service. Michael, our technician, is always very courteous as is the back office staff! Customer service was very patient and helpful when we were shopping the same service for our new home out of state. They went over our account details and gave us pertinent questions to ask of our next potential service provider.

Jason and his team were fantastic. Went above and beyond to investigate air quality issues, and solutions to improve HVAC performance in our new (older) home. Also signed up for affordable annual maintenance, and will be using Zone for pest control. Highly recommend.

Jason and Crew just finished up installing a complete Carrier system. This is the second time for us. If you need new equipment or service, these are the people. We are so happy that they took care of us, Again. Jason, thanks for the hard work. Side note: if you can afford the Infinity line of AC. get the 24 Seer. First nite we had to turn up the temp to 73 degrees. The old builders grade unit had to set at 68 to get the house cooled. This unit is unbelivable. Get one! You will not regret it.

Working with Zone Home Solutions was fantastic from the very beginning. Jason was incredibly thorough in his assessment of our existing issues, our needs, and even our desires - much more than the other vendors I contacted who simply wanted to "swap out" the outdoor unit. The installation crew was prompt, professional, and detail oriented throughout the entire installation process even down to cleaning and vacuuming when finished each day.

AC went out the evening of July 3rd. While the Zone team wasn't able to come out (backlog and the holiday), Albert coached me on how to do a bit of troubleshooting and maintenance on my own. The result was a reinvigorated system that at least got us (including our newborn) through the sweltering holiday weekend until we could get someone out. Really appreciate the time Albert took out of his personal time to make us more comfortable over the weekend!

We have been using Zone Home for quarterly pest control since moving in last summer. Trae has been out here a few times and is always really nice, personable, and on time. We have also had a great experience in that they are keeping bugs and pests away! Trae has always been really easy to reach and even gave some tips for us to do for controlling certain pests. The pricing is very fair for quarterly service. We're very happy with Zone and would use them for other services in the future as well!

I love Zone Home Solutions! I had the best guy come out twice! His name is Mac and he is superb. Educated me on what was going on with my unit and gave me some tips on how to keep it running smoothly. Go with these guys people! And ask for Mac!

Communication was timely and proactive. Their technician, Mac, went above to be courteous and was able to quickly resolve a late night emergency fix to AC issue.

Zone mosquito treatment will not completely rid your yard of Mosquitos. We've had there mosquito service for one summer. The chemicals they put out will last about 2 weeks at the most before we started seeing activity again. By the time our scheduled 30 days had elapsed our yard had swarms of mosquitos and our kids couldn't go near the yard without bathing in repellent. I typically would call each month and beg for someone to come out for a respray and they always said the same thing. NO! It's against the law!

After 2 years of paying $180+ service fees for our HVAC maintenance at least twice a year, we thought we'd be "priority" customers if an emergency happened. But here we are- 8 days and counting in 90+ weather with no air conditioner! What have we been paying for for the last 2 years? When we called to remind Zone that we were due for HVAC service back in May, we were abruptly told "we'll get back to you"-cut to a month later, no one got back to us about our regularly scheduled service and sure enough, the AC has stopped working.

We called Zone again to get someone to our house to fix the issue, the tech came this past Friday and we got charged ANOTHER $180 for the tech to tell us the AC is broken. He said it'll be 4 more days before we can even get an estimate even though it's 85+ degrees in our house. Today (Tuesday) we finally get an estimate and it's $7500 for a single story 1000 sq ft house?! Zone's estimate for a brand new HVAC system is nearly twice the estimate price we've gotten from Reliable and Coolray.

When we raised these issues, our tech Jason seemed to balk and asked if we "plan on living here for awhile", which sounded an awful lot like we were being held hostage to a miserable living situation unless we agree to be price-gouged for a new HVAC system. Is this how you treat customers who have HVAC contracts with your company? Service and maintenance? Professional attitude? Obviously not. We'll be cancelling our maintenance contract with Zone and letting others know not to deal with your company in the future.

Wow! We like these guys! And have for more than a decade. Always been impressed, but they worked miracles for us this year. We came home after an extended absence to find a surprise our property management company had ignored. little gray insects scurrying hither and yon. We IMMEDIATELY called Zone Home Solutions. In no time, our new. property manager let us know the bugs "were marching in a Mardi Gras funeral procession across the kitchen floor".

And after 2 months of diligence by our Zone Home Specialist, there was nary a sign of the little monsters! Wheewww. Cheering in relief! Now that we are back in our home, we are also back to the fastidious regular care from Zone Specialist. And here's a toast to our next decade of a clean and critter-free home with Zone Home Solutions!

I have nothing but positive words for Zone Home Solutions! We used their services on two separate occasions this week. After moving into our new home and having the gas turned on; the gas company told me they could not turn on the gas to the furnace because of a safety issue with one of the pipes. I called the HVAC department at ZHS and they had Steve come out within a couple of hours. Steve provided great service and fixed the issue in a short amount of time.

We also had ZHS come out after seeing a couple of bugs. The service was quick, non- invasive, and reasonably price. We have had no more bugs and am glad I found ZHS for their services! This is a great company!

Had a large hornets nest removed (about the size of 2 basketballs stacked one on the other). Brandon was very responsive and professional in removing the nest. He was able to get to my house sooner that expected and quickly removed the next. I have been with Zone for over 16 years and all of their employees that I have dealt with are the best. Ed
