High Priority Plumbing & Service

We have used High Priority three times. Once to fix a leak inside the house, once to re-pipe the entire house and once to repair a broken pipe outside. They are honest and do exactly what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it. They are easy to contact in an after hours emergency. They are friendly and don't talk down to customers, at the same time explaining everything.

They stand by their prices and will give you the best deal they can. The technicians who helped us most recently charged us less than a quarter of the original estimate; they had every opportunity to overcharge us and they didn't do it. We will always use this company and will recommend them for all our friends.

Jason and the team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable! They assessed the issue, identified solutions and went into action resolving the problem. Had a new water heater installed by your tech John Ritter. He was excellent! On time, professional, and personable. He was very clean and thorough installed our water heater in a timely manner and was kind enough to show us how to change the temperature and operate the pilot light. We have had to use High Priority Plumbing for a septic backflow-turned busted water line-turned water line replacement and relocation. High Priority Plumbing could not have provided a better service than what I've experienced. Each and every technician sent to our home were punctual, professional, and had an exceptionally (and unexpectedly) great attitude.

Although I'm only a renter here, I will have absolutely no hesitation either using or suggesting High Priority Plumbing in the future. Seriously. 5 out of 5 for each and every single one of them.

This company is amazing! They heard my problem and got me all fixed up within a week! Jason, Murphy, Jon & Hope really hot the job done and they were fun to talk to! I cannot begin to express how wonderful a company High Priority Plumbing is! From the staff working in the office to the folks that came into our home, every single person was polite, professional, and patient. We were referred to this company through our home warrant AHS after having poor experiences with others. As a new homeowner, the entire process was new to me.

Frank and Cody are awesome; they showed up on time and provided excellent communication. They came out on a cold morning and pumped the septic tank. They were very professional and courteous. Frank explained what they were doing and made recommendations. Frank was patient and answered all my questions. They worked diligently to insure the work was done right. Patrick was exceptional! He arrived when he stated he would, called prior to his arrival and was beyond exceptional in identifying the leak in our home. Patrick was knowledgeable and fixed the issue with all three of our toilets in less than 10 minutes! We were impressed by his speed and accuracy. The expertise that he shared with my husband was also outstanding information.

The difference in our toilets now is a clear result that we had issues for some time. I am so thankful this company was referred to us. My only feedback is that I requested they call my house phone due to the holiday and my cell ringer was off, and that was not communicated to the technician. In addition, it would have been helpful to know in advance to not run any water, prior to the techs arrival.

It was a holiday and having appliances running caused a slight delay. None of this was, in my opinion, on the tech, it could have been relayed by the call center when the appointment was made.

Do NOT use this company. They were sent out to our home to fix several leaks and piping issues in our kitchen, bathroom and basement by our leasing company. The technician would not listen to us when we were trying to explain the issues we had. He kept rushing saying he only has an hour in our home then he has to get to the next job. He supposedly fixed the leak under the sink in the kitchen and when he left there was water in the sink that never would go out.

We had to pay to have another technician come out who said he didn't fix anything just made it worst. When I called to complain Kim told me that their technician did not fix this the day earlier when my husband and I watched their technician in our home. Bad service!

I have used high priority several times. Every time they provide exceptional customer service from the first Interaction when I pick up the phone to call with my issue. I was a little upset because I had to exchange out my hot water tank this past summer when it was less than five years old. When the guy initially came out he explain to me why I had the issue and was very thorough.

I recently called him today with another issue in the lady explained to me that I should contact my home warranty company because the issue I'm having now should be covered. She took the time out to explain this to me instead of just taking my money for service repair that I could use through my home warranty.

In home estimate done by Dylan; this young man was the most professional and well mannered technician I've come across in a very long time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, cheerful, and appeared to like what he does. He followed Covid protocols. Hats off to Dylan! High Priorly plumbing has a great asset to the company! To the boss, reward him with an extra day off with pay!

I want to say that Ms. Chelsea Customer service is amazing. She was very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable of what the company offers. She is foremost the best person I met thus far. Thank you for having someone like her to show true concern when I was in a panic. I look forward to the company coming out to my home to help with my plumber issue.

High Priority was great; Cameron was AMAZING! Honest, straightforward, and had our best interests in mind. We had a water leak in our crawlspace, so reached out to our home warranty company. Cameron (correctly) diagnosed that we had a leak behind a wall, and that the fix/remediation was going to be significant. He pointed us to the proper experts, and when the wall was opened up, he promptly returned to fix the issue. Furthermore, his outstanding attention to detail noticed that the person who had damaged the pipe (during a kitchen remodel), had attempted to cover up their mistake by applying a sealant!

This was important so we could understand which insurance company should cover the claim (huge cost). Not only did he bring this to our attention, but he had us take pictures, then preserved the 'evidence'. Seriously.it's like this guy has a PhD in taking care of customers! Whatever Cameron is getting paid.the 'powers that be' should double it (and 'NO' this isn't Cameron writing a fake review on himself!.although that would be brilliant and funny!) Super impressed and thankful that he was the one tapped to take care of our situation. Find the blueprints for this guy and duplicate him!

Dakota and Josh were very highly professional since day 1. They not only did a excellent job, they also put plastic down, wore shoe covers, and masks. Really showed me as a water mitigation guy how professional they were. They did a great job, made sure they gave me a call in the morning to let me know they were on they way. I would definitely recommend using this company.

They seem to always send out guys that do A1 work. So thanks again to Dakota and Josh. And also Ms. Kim for the A1 customer service. I will definitely use them again. Also to the gentleman that came out last week and fixed our knob in the shower did great work as well. I forgot his name but great job

We had a new septic tank placed on our property. Our family cannot thank Chad, Dustin, and Chris (aka the CDC) enough for their hard work and communication throughout the process. They were personable and friendly. They left the area clean, neat, and organized. I didn't see them take a break once! They got in here and gotter-done! Lol! I highly recommend this team!
