We loved working with Marks Building Company. They helped us completely update our new house. We had new floors, complete kitchen remodel, first floor bathroom updated, and the entire house painted inside including all the trim. They were upfront and honest on the cost and kept within our budget, even coming in slightly under budget. The entire crew was friendly and courteous, especially considering we had already moved in prior to the work beginning. They are the only company we will consider when the time comes to have more updates done down the road!

From start to finish, we were thrilled with Marks Building Company. We felt listened to throughout the whole process, and that everything was done to ensure our project came out better than we could have ever anticipated. They installed a living room bump out with an electric fireplace, specially built 'floater' wall shelves and a 450 lb solid oak beam mantle The craftsmanship and care were superb. The quote was spot on. Kent and all the guys were very kind, and took great care in their work and our home. I would recommend them gladly to any family or friend.

Marks Building Company installed new doors for our church. They were professional, their work was excellent and they left the job site clean. Their staff was courteous and efficient. The doors have made a huge improvement to our facility. I recommend them to anyone desiring improvements to their home or business.

When asked to provide square footage used to build their quote so, as an educated consumer I can do comparative shopping for my siding job, Mr. Marks responded the next day with "I have decided that our company is no longer interested in providing a proposal for your project. I am pulling the current proposals. Frankly, I do not see a good fit." Buyer beware.
The quote is very generalized and will not allow for good "apples to apples" quote comparisons as you search for a contractor. The one good point about them: Doug is a very nice guy. Respectful, friendly, pretty thorough while here doing the quote.
