Plumbing Solutions, LLC was founded by its CEO, Jeff Pindak. Jeff is a licensed plumber in the states of South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina. His personal focus is on advancing the trade of plumbing through educating and training the next generation of plumbers. He personally works on advancing the trade in many ways outside of his work with Plumbing Solutions, LLC. Our team of quality plumbing professionals specialize in new construction residential plumbing, and offer a variety of different plumbing services.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I was able to get in contact with someone just for them to tell me they weren't in the office and that they would put me on the schedule for Monday and even txt me to show they didn't forget about me. I had a PLUMBING EMERGENCY and on Monday I txt and called the emergency number and no one answered. I left a voicemail and still no answer.
I let another day or two pass by and I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails and STILL no answer. This company is an absolute joke. If they can't even answer the phone lord knows how poor they will work on your issues. Do NOT and I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY STAY AWAY AND USE SOMEONE BETTER!

I still recommend them for all your plumbing needs! My water heater recently went out and they helped with everything. From getting me the correct one & speedy installation. Jeff & his team are hands down the best around! This place is still my top choice! Jeff & his team are phenomenal! If you need a plumber contact Plumbing Solutions LLC. I had an issue with my hosebib leaking & my kitchen fixture.

The lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice & polite answered all my questions & gave me a reasonable price. When the technician came out he was on time, very respectful & very knowledgeable. I love using this company! They embody the concept of good customer service, and are extremely courteous and friendly, both on phone and in person. Every time I've had to call upon their services I've always been very impressed. Everyone should make sure they are your go-to for plumbing needs in the Columbia area!

Do you place value on your time? How would you like to arrange your day to be at home at the designated time for your appointment with this company only to have them not show up or call or text that the appointment can't be kept. I reached out to them following the no-show, and was given the excuse that the technician had an emergency - not a valid excuse for the company follow-up with the client though.
I rescheduled the appt. to a future date and even called the company the day before to reconfirm. The company was again a no-show for the appointment. I reached out to them 30 minutes after the scheduled time (no contact from the company and was again given excuses as to why they were a no-show). Don't waste your time with this company! Would have given them a ZERO if possible. ***************************************************************************The company owner personally followed up with me via two telephone exchanges.
Although I did not ultimately use this company for the needed service for the reasons stated above, the owner apologized for the lack of customer-focused service, investigated the stated issues, and took definitive steps to correct the issues within the company. The follow-up leads me to believe the owner recognizes the potential impact on his business and will not tolerate unprofessional and non-customer focused exchanges.
If a future need were to occur, I would consider using this company based on the commitment of the owner. 4/29/2021 ***************************************************************************

We were having a tankless water heater issue during the unusual winter chill after living in our new home for 5 months. I called the emergency (warranty) number on a Tuesday and left a message. After a few hours of no response I texted and still did not hear back. I contacted the builder directly on Thursday night to inform them that Plumbing Solutions never got back to us.
They immediately took charge and got someone (with difficulty) to come out from Plumbing Solutions the next day (Friday) and take a look at the heater. We aren't sure if anyone actually came because no one ever knocked on our door. If they did come, they made things worse. I called the emergency number again on Saturday morning.no answer. I texted.again, no response.
I had to go through the builders again to get someone to come. By then (Saturday 4pm) the water heater was gushing out water. All the guy could tell me was that it was broken. Duh! He shut the water and power off. They couldn't send anyone back until Monday when they finally discovered we had a faulty water heater. We then had to wait until Tuesday to get it fixed. It took a whole week of living without hot water to get the problem solved! At least I can thank Plumbing Solutions for my low water bill!

We had a couple of plumbing issues that had mounted up and I finally broke down and called in the pros. I have used several plumbers in the area in the past and have been disappointed, so I thought I would give these guys a shot. The team from Plumbing Solutions did not disappoint. They were very professional from the first time we spoke all the way through completion of the job.
The two guys who came out even made recommendations for things I could fix myself and they handled the tough stuff. I will call them any time I have a plumbing issue in the future and highly recommend them.
