They did not even entertain the idea of fixing my garage door; they just wanted to sell me a new one. I had my garage door serviced and eventually upgraded by John McCusker and he was straight forward and helped make my decision easy utilizing my current door with the replacement of the opener and chain rail. I am very happy with the result and will use this company again when the other garage door opener eventually goes out. John was familiar with my old opener so it made for a great experience. I am glad I found Built Rite!

We had an awesome experience with Bilt Rite! Josh was our garage door installer and did a wonderful job. He arrived early, was friendly, and completed the job by himself in under 3 hours. Loved that they even hauled away our old broken door too. Erica at the office scheduled our services and was a delight to work with.she handled everything and the process was so smooth. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Jerome came out at 5pm and immediately knew what was wrong with my garage door opener. He replaced the motor and saved me about $200.00. He was very polite and helpful. Brian, his manager sent him to me stating that he would be able to answer all of my questions and fix my door at the most reasonable price and he was right. Jerome called ahead to let me know when he would arrive and was on time! He did a great job replacing the springs quickly and even took the time to let me know about the door opener unit and what I could expect going forward from a required maintenance perspective without trying to upsell me on additional service. I will definitely be calling Bilt Rite the next time I need work on my garage door

Our garage door was broken and we called to have it repaired. The front desk was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. She knew we really didn't want to leave our garage open over night. They were a little short staffed today. She added us on the schedule for the next day, but she was able to find a tech to come out at the end of his shift to help us. Bobby came to the rescue.
He was very friendly and professional. He got out garage fixed in no time. I know he worked over his shift to help us today. Thank you Bobby for your help! I highly recommend Bilt rite.

Our service repairman was Bryan. Bryan was very prompt coming in on time to do the repair work on our garage door. He was very thorough in inspecting and identifying the issue we had with our garage door. He took the time to explain the issue and fixed the problem.
