I reached out to them in late May for a quote to replace a septic drain field. After sending them the exact septic plans, engineering diagrams, etc that were cleared and approved by the county, they told me they could absolutely do the job and gladly took 1/3 of the cost for that job as a deposit in advance (Paid on June 1st). On June 14th (the proposed starting date) I received a call from the office assistant that Drew was on his way to the property to begin.
I am selling the home and am no longer there so, that evening I called the office just to check on the progress and ensure the day went smoothly. I was told, "Well, we haven't heard back from him yet so I'm assuming everything went fine today". The job was supposed to be COMPLETED today (Thurs, June 16th) or at the latest Friday (June 17th). Imagine my surprise and frustration when I received a call from Drew this morning (June 16th) at 10AM stating, "well, I have bad news.
I can't do this job". Apparently he did not have the proper equipment needed to complete the work. He tried to explain that he needed an excavator with a 3FT Bucket but he only had a backhoe. How in the world was that not determined BEFORE I was quoted for the job and they took my hefty deposit? Also, how in the world did it take 48 hours (2/3rd of the time scheduled to complete the job) to call and tell me that? Now, to add insult to injury, I planned the closing of my home around the completion of this septic replacement (we were suppose to close NEXT WEEK, after the completion of the septic drain field replacement).
We waited multiple weeks for the job to start. Now I've lost almost a month of time, have to find another excavation company that will likely be booked up for several weeks as well, and my entire home sale is going to be delayed for their lack of equipment, preparedness, communication, and ability to properly assess a job prior to quoting the work and taking a customers money. Absolutely unacceptable in every way.

5/5, I will never consider a different plumbing service going forward! I am a new homeowner. Unfortunately, our sewer line stopped up in the first week of moving in. I called around for estimates/methods, and Speedy Rooter was far and above best in ideas/cost! They replaced my old sewer and water lines. Pipe bursting (trenchless method) avoided ruining my front porch.
My pipes were in such rough shape that we ended up digging some too, but they were extremely careful to not ruin my walkway to the street. The crew also placed two yard cleanouts for any future pipe stoppage. They are skilled with excavation. I was thoroughly pleased with their management and crew. Highly recommend for anyone seeking sewer/water line repair. Thank you!

Gary came to my house on a Saturday for an emergency back up of my septic tank. He was very professional and helped me try and find my tank. I had no idea where it was. Unfortunately we did not find it that day, after looking for an hour. He came back Monday and was able to find it and take care of the problem that day. I was impressed with his knowledge and work attitude and would definitely use him again.

John and Josh were wonderful. They quickly found and diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. They repaired the busted water line so the furnace could be turned back on. It has been so very cold, and if this had not been repaired, everything would have frozen. I definitely recommend speedy rooter and John and Josh. Thanks again

We had a kitchen sink with a clogged drain that needed to be unclogged on a Friday. After trying at least 15 other plumbers we were able to get Josh with Speedy Rooter to come out at 6pm and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I would greatly recommend Josh and speedy rooter to anyone in need of plumbing work. Thank you so much Josh, you are a lifesaver!

We had a pipe burst around 9pm on Saturday. Called Speedy Rooter and Josh immediately came out to access the situation. He quickly developed a plan of action, and alleviated our concerns. He was able to resolve multiple issues, and made additional recommendations. Josh displayed down to earth professionalism that showed he not only cared about doing a good job, but also the well being of the customer Top notch service.
