Talk about a WOW moment. Check out this incredible master bathroom designed by Eric Roseff Designs that we completed for E.J. Jaxtimer Builder, Inc. Covered floor to ceiling in stunning glass mosaic tiles. During the install, we used Bostik grout because what else is there for a job like this?! If you need me, I'll be spending the rest of my morning daydreaming about what it's like to take a relaxing soak in this bathroom. Last month, we all gathered at Labaredas Brazilian BBQ in Marlborough Ma to celebrate what a wonderful year 2019 was for our growing company.

Horrible. I paid $125 for a bathroom rebuild estimate. The entire time Peter was in my house, I was fairly sure he had no idea what he was looking at or talking about. I was told that they were complete renovators but in actuality I think they're just tilers. I should've realized when I was charged for an estimate that this is not a great company.

I would recommend Installations Plus to anyone for tile installation. The project entailed installing porcelain floor tile and shower tile which was a combination of a number of materials. I worked with Bill Daniels and his team of installers and office staff. The office staff was accommodating and professional. The installers were extremely hardworking, respectful of my home, and expert in what they do.
I am beyond thrilled with the results. It was not a simple installation and Bill worked with me for a long time to figure out the best way to implement the plan, including a linear drain in our shower. I could not have completed the project successfully without his knowledge and expertise. He was very patient with his somewhat - anxious client and lovely to work with. I will definitely use his company again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sent information about the project and received a callback. To come out and do the estimate, they required $125 fee. Refused to provide even the range what something like what I described in detail with measurements would cost. Nice scam, if you ask me, take the fee, then show up to quote something that is outrageous, profit!

We worked with Installations plus for two tiling projects in our home and were thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and detail. After having had some recent negative experiences with a few other tile contractors, we sought referrals from friends and Installations Plus came highly recommended. Beyond quality of the tiling work itself and conscientious care of the space, we were pleasantly surprised by their great communication skills throughout the process, from the clear and open quotation process to very flexible scheduling and terrific delivery on commitments. In my mind, they actually set a new benchmark for any contractor, regardless of discipline.

If you are looking for an unprofessional company that will derail your project and leave you worst off then when you started, this is the company to hire I had these guys come out give me a quote for 2 bathrooms, they were super expensive $8600.00, just for labor, labor only! but in spite of that, I wanted to try and use them for one bathroom and re quote the other bathroom I gave them a deposit, signed a contract was schedule to for installation on April 30, 2014,I waited over 2 plus weeks for an appointment.
I had my plumber take out the vanity, shower valve and my only working toilet Two day before I emailed me to confirm and told them everything was prepped and ready for their installers They emailed me, and said they weren't going to do the job, they were to busy, there was a miscommunication within their organization I spoke to owner Jon Moss, you told me out right they were' t doing the job, I need to move forward and to get a life I was left without a working bathroom, I now need to try to find someone else to come out, look at the work and then hopefully schedule it, Everyone is so busy right now so I'm not sure it will happen in a timely manner I gave them even opportunity to make the situation right but they decided to blow me off. I am also filing a complaint with the Attorney General and the BBB, I also reviewed them on Angies List Stay away from this reckless and horrific company
