A+ for Jack and son at Battleline. We recently moved into a home with a large ant colony in the backyard. Instead of trying to oversell services, Jack explained how we can mitigate this and then work with them for the interior. It's rare to find a company freely sharing advice! We'll be using Battleline for any future issues.

Honest family owned business. Compared to all the others you call that immediately try to scare you into spending thousands of dollars, this fam ily owned company will first do what they can to make you feel comfortable and give you advice on your problem at hand. The owner even gave me advice of what traps to buy online. If I need service in the future they will be who I call.

Came back home to find that something had a party in my house and I was very scared. Called John Saturday morning and he was there in under 2 hours. Confirmed whatever was inside was gone, we put traps down just in case. ( I hope I don't get anything). If going to help me by putting a cap on my chimney do it does not happen again. And went outside his duty to help my find someone to clean up the mess. While he was in my home he was pleasant kind respectful professional and someone I would recommend completely

Really nice family firm. Jack was super helpful on the phone as I explained our situation. And Chris did a great job when he came out to fix things for us. As a first time home owner, it's wonderful to have experts that you can trust to give good advice and do a good job.

My wife and I have called on Battleline a few times now for carpenter ants and yellow jackets. On both occasions, they were able to get the job down within 24 hours of us calling and they have been a pleasure to work with. We would recommend their work to anyone looking to get rid of some pests!

I had a little recurring problem. They are very professional, courteous, . They put in the necessary treatment. Offered some advice. All of this at a reasonable price. I strongly recommend them if you have little visitors.

A family run business, the owner, Jack, spent time on the phone to carefully assess my ant problem. He patiently explained the insects behavior and suggested the appropriate treatment. Called this company at the beginning of the week, (Tuesdayish) regarding a bat problem. The woman that answered the phone told me, "I don't know if we can deal with bats now, they may have babies?" I told her I already looked that up on the Internet and it was fine. She said that someone would call me back between 5-7 pm when they are back in the office (that's fine).

No one called back. Today is Friday, called another company, they are coming out ASAP. Maybe they really don't want to deal with bats, but it's listed in their ad. Someone should have called and given a recommendation if they couldn't do it.
