I believe they are out of business. They never really finished the job. I didn't lose any money, but they were supposed to return to put in soffit vents when the weather was warmer. That was 8 months ago and multiple calls to the owner.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Dealing with this company has been terrible. I have never taken the time to write a review, but this company is so bad that I want to ensure other people do not waste their time calling RAM. 3 weeks ago- I called to have someone look at a roof leak. I was told someone would be there the next day and call before. No call. And no show. 2 weeks ago- After the first no show, I left more calls and voicemails for this company.

After a few days, I got through to a guy named Mike Edwards who ensured me that he would be the person handling the job and would be out at the property the next day. Again, no show and no call. Today- My call got answered by a secretary who said Mike Edwards would call me back. A few hours later I received a call back from the same secretary saying that this company doesn't have the manpower to handle jobs like this.

And Mike Edwards didn't even have the courage or courtesy to call me back himself. I wish I would have know 3 weeks ago that this company doesn't handle jobs like mine. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This company is closing, took my money, didn't pay the installers on the $5,000 gutter job and they now have a lien on my Home! One star is too many! Scammed and angry customer.

Customers beware these reviews are NOT authentic. As a local computer and marketing specialist, I am in the market for a new roof and came across RAM seeing all these high reviews. After looking in to it, these reviews are FAKE. How do I know? Under every person's name that has left a review, it says a number, for the amount of reviews they have left.

If you click were it says "18 reviews" for example it will show you every place that person has reviewed. Try it. As you scroll down you will notice these false profiles or "people" have all reviewed the same places, not only that and they have reviewed companies across the continent, from Nevada to Oklahoma all the way to British Columbia, Canada.

This is against all Google policies and Google will severely penalize this company upon finding out about this. I hate to hurt someone's business but this is so unethical to falsely create or buy black hat reviews to boost their company in Google rankings and to bury authentic low scoring reviews. So, needless to say I will be looking somewhere else for a new roof, as well as flagging these reviews for Google to review. Good luck Jon Moore

I've never been treated so horribly over the phone. The secretary answered the phone with, "what the f*** do you want?" My children were with me and she was on speaker. I tried to ignore it and ask the status of my paperwork (which I've been waiting for for three weeks, this was my 6th call over that amount of time). When I asked to speak to someone else she told me that SHE was offended. I hung up in tears.

A friend of mine had some new doors installed by them and has had some problems with the doors. They were incorrectly measured. He has been trying to get the problem resolved for 10 months now and hasnt been able to. They go weeks without returning his calls. I would suggest avoiding them.

Horrible company. Charged us $10,000.00 to give us a new roof and did shoddy work. They had to tear down and do a second time because I held back the money. The second wasn't done right either, but we didn't know it. It just looked decent. We now need a new roof as we have a leaking roof after 4 years. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. Their attitude was one of uncaring and laziness.

They will shaft you. TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. They had bad reviews on Angie's List, but I wasn't smart enough to go into Angie's List. My biggest regret. THEY OVER-CHARGE AND DO SHODDY WORK. BUYER BEWARE!

RAM Residential Remodeling did an exceptional job! They were professional, and very clean. I couldn't ask for a better operation! I would recommend Roger and RAM every day of the week!

Being a WMUZ listener I came across RAM Residential and contacted them to schedule a visit to our Church for roof repair. For 2 months they played a waiting game had a technician call me and said he would come out and just wait for a call in 1 to 2 weeks. This never happened, after nearly a month of waiting I called back again to reschedule a site visit, same story scheduled one day then called back and said we are over booked and then rescheduled again.

Finally the day they were supposed to come out I called in the morning to confirm the time they said they canceled the appointment since they could not get a hold of me the previous day, when asked did you leave a voicemail their claim is that they don't leave a voicemail. IF THEY ARE THIS IRRESPONSIBLE NOW CAN'T IMAGINE THEIR ATTITUDE IF AWARDED THE PROJECT Jibu Palathanam

R.A.M. Residential did an excellent job replacing our gutters. The crew was really learned and professional. We would not hesitate to call them again the next time I need some work done on our house or roof.
