Granite Home Designs told my daughter there would be no seam in her kitchen granite except for a small one at the sink which she agree on. After installation there was a huge seam right down the middle of her counter that looked horrible! They re-did the grout in a color that matched better but it still didn't look right and is a seam that should not have been there.
They tried to tell that it was because of the length of her countertop but the same company did my countertop which is almost two feet longer with no seam. The seam wasn't the only issue as the material is chipped and cracked in a few other places as well. They refuse to stand behind their work.

Granite Home Design fabricated and installed granite in 2 bathrooms and kitchen in our new house. The kitchen granite was poorly fabricated. The counter top barely covers the top of the cabinet-even after they came out and made a template. The seam was poorly executed. They had to polish the seam to get it to an acceptable state. The seam area then developed blotchy discolored spots.
They said it would need to be re-polished. I have reached out several times to have them fix this area and I am still waiting for a response 2 months later. Promises without performance, excuses-excuses, no admission of error and poor customer service. The bathroom installs were OK, except for the mess they left. They also left a mess in the kitchen that we had to clean up. Messy work is part of poor craftsmanship.

Granite Home Design did our kitchen and then laundry room and powder room. In the kitchen we selected Calacutta Quartz and Brown Fantasy in the laundry room. Both installations went extremely well and with total professional service. We would highly recommend them for your new home or home improvements.

My experience was wonderful from beginning to end. I went to quite a few places before choosing Granite Home Design in Oxford. The biggest plus was Andrea. She was very helpful and most of all no high pressure sales tactics. She spent time with me even though I was "just looking". Follow through was perfect. Phone calls to keep me up to date, what to expect and when. In home measurement and installation was easy with accurate arrival times. I would definitely use them again and recommend to any looking for counters.

Went into their warehouse looking just for a kitchen counter top and came out with a brand new remodeled kitchen. We had a good experience working with the Granite Home Design team. The kitchen project went very smoothly. Everyone that came to our home was very respectful and courteous. We just love everything about our new kitchen and the quartzite counter tops are beautiful. Granite Home Design team is a talented group and it was a pleasure working with them.
