We had a great experience with Dan and the Fusion team. We were about to move forward with another company that was recommended to us by a friend. After we received the final quote from this other company they tried to add an additional $600 to the price. We called Dan to get another quote. He came out with samples, measured and gave us a great price.

We waited about 2 weeks for installation. The team installed countertops in the kitchen and master bath. Everything looks great and we were extremely happy with the install. My dad is a general contractor so he was so glad to meet a good and honest countertop company. He will certainly be using the Fusion team again. Highly recommend.

My husband and I hired Fusion to install a new kitchen countertop in our recently renovated kitchen. Dan and his team were top-notch professionals from start to finish! He was able to match the exact material, style, and color that I saw in the big box stores (and at a much better price). When he came to measure, he brought large samples which really helped for me to see what the end product would look like.

Product arrived within two weeks of the measurement, and the installation only took a few hours one afternoon. Installers were knowledgeable and courteous. We could not be happier, and highly recommend Dan and his entire team at Fusion. You will not be disappointed!

Dan came out to my home an hour away in Wastenaw County from Macomb County for a free estimate. He had samples and photos of full slabs for me to pick from. He installed Bianco Antico granite in my kitchen, butler pantry, and two bathrooms and there is only one seam in the entire job. great install. Two slabs and only one seam. Surface is smooth and the counters are level. He removed my Formica counters and installed 4 sinks too. Had the best all inclusive price that wasn't too low to be true.

At first this company seemed very reasonable and somewhat accommodating but the quality of work and after the initial business relationship "honeymoon" is NOT worth the price and the hassle. They are only interested in making a quick buck by turning over shotty work. To begin with, I understand there is more money in larger homes and larger kitchens but we worked to try to establish a relationship with this company as we wanted to continue to replace vanities with granite.

It was relatively easy to schedule our primary residence, we waited about 3 weeks to get our granite installed. Initially, it looked only decent. The sink hole was not the same size of the sink so it looked funny. The sink was undermount and glued (which didn't hold up and eventually detached from the counter after about 6 months), once that sink detached then the seam came completely apart and now we have a major gap in the seam and now the two slabs are not even. Did not return to multiple phone calls and emails. only once did we hear from Ioana that their "email was broken" but did not follow up after that.

This company is NOT concerned about working with anyone. they will be cheaper than the other companies are not worth the headache. Go elsewhere and pay a little bit more. It will be worth it in the long run!
