These guys are so good. Every year I get up on my roof and marvel and how much better it is than the original roof. The original roof had multiple problem areas of drippage and drainage requiring me to replace siding, trim, and sheathing over the years. North Creek eliminated all of those problem areas. They know their craft. They did not just replace/redo my roof. They significantly improved it.

North creek roofing was excellent from start to finish. They provided an informative, estimate on time and at a very competitive price. They were quick to respond to all my questions and work with our needs. They arrived during the timeframe they said even when some weather and other issues delayed them. The roof was installed quickly. They always had someone coming by to let us know how things were going and make sure there were no problems. They are very informative, highly communicative, and efficient. I highly recommend North Creek Roofing!

Our roof was replaced on November 2 thru 4, 2020. The shingling and flashing work was completed very professionally. Very pleased with the quality of the workers. One of the sore spots is that we previously had 2" scuppers and 2" down pipes which frequently clogged up. We had 2X3 scuppers added to the contract to be joined to the 2X3 downspouts that I later installed.
Unfortunately 3" round scuppers were installed and when I mentioned it John told me that they were special order items. Would the 2X3 scuppers in the contract not have been included in the bid? The other disappointment is that the garage built-in-gutters have the scuppers on the high end of the building requiring some creative downspout placement.
It had rained before the final inspection and showed how the drainage was poor. When I mentioned this I was told they could come back at a later date and shim the gutter to flow correctly at a added cost. The new scuppers are in the same location as the old ones, but I would think a professional roofing estimator might have brought a 6' level or equivalent. Again, it's a beautiful roof but we are back to 2" drains

From beginning to end our experience with North Creek Roofing was excellent. The sales rep Josh came out to visit us on two occasions, spending over an hour each time walking the property/roof and answering any questions we had. We had excellent communication with the office staff, and they kept us well informed of our upcoming installation date and any items we needed to be aware of.
The roof crew was friendly and helpful and did a great job getting the new roof installed, as well as three new skylights. What a big difference from our old roof! North Creek's prices were great, and they delivered tremendous value to us. We appreciated their attention to detail at the end of the project, as they ensured that the grounds were cleaned of debris and did multiple checks looking for stray nails.
In summary, we had an awesome experience with everyone at North Creek Roofing, and have already recommended them to multiple people. We plan to use them for all our roofing needs in the future!

We had another great experience with North Creek Roofing today. They came out to find and fix a roof leak. They made the extra effort to accommodate my schedule and did a fantastic job. The communication was excellent from start to finish. They even showed me photos of what they found so I didn't have to venture onto the roof. I recognized the team that came out from work they did for me 20 years ago on another house.
It says a lot when a company retains it's employees long term. They have done two different roof replacements for us and various other projects over the years. I have never had another experience with a service provider as good as this. They treat you like family, are very responsive, and do super high quality work. and they totally stand behind the work they do. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They have my business for life! My wife and I had received a bid from a roofing company that came door to door to set up a free estimate appointment. Our roof was a cedar shake roof over 21 years old and showing many signs of deterioration so we needed to get a look at what roofs cost these days. Upon getting the estimate I decided to get a second estimate for the same roof, materials and warranty.
That's when I went online and found North Creek Roofing. I liked everything about their website and reviews, so I set up a free estimate. The estimator was great at explaining what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. We not only got a superior bid that was significantly lower but they explained why 2 of the choices the other company made would not work very well for our particular roof.
Everybody from their front desk person to their estimator, project manager, crew lead and crew did an amazing job. They treated us in a kind and respectful manner and completed the job in the time frame they stated. They communicated clearly and concisely what needed to be done and keep us informed about the progress. The crew (their own employees, no sub-contracting the work) starts and finishes each roof before moving on to the next roof so you have the same crew the entire job, no constant changing of the personnel on your job.
They were respectful of our property and landscaping also. When they were done it was hard to tell they had even been there as their cleanup was very thorough. Lastly of course was the roof. It turned out fantastic! They exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend North Creek Roofing for any of your roofing needs!
