Very professional, punctual, and provided high quality work. Our project manager (Jeff) was on-site at the start of each day to communicate the scope of work to the crew, and would check in periodically throughout the day. I will definitely contact Quality Homes of Rochester again for any future remodeling needs. Service: Remodeling

I was very happy with the professional job of Quality Homes & would recommend them. I worked mainly with Cory, John, & Mark, they were always friendly and professional, responded quickly to any calls, & were respectful of the property. They added a french door to an existing wall and stairway & it completely transformed my house! I'm very happy with the service & will gladly use them again!

The crew at Quality Homes of Rochester was amazing. John my salesman was straightforward and honest. Bernie installed all new windows on my home as well as wrapped them in maintenance free aluminum siding. This was no easy job, as my home was built in 1809. I couldn't be happier with the pricing and the quality workmanship.

Scheduled an appointment with this company for an estimate. They did not show up at all! Worst of the worst, called to ask whats going on, they did not give any explanation, just hung up my call! While a company cannot simply keep an appointment, how can you trust them?! While a company hangs up a customer's phone call, how can you expect they will respect your project and do a job professionally?!

We purchased windows as part of a remodeling project. They were installed today and we couldn't be happier. Matt was here at 8AM and worked hard until almost 4:30. All 11 windows are in, screens on and inside trim finished. He left our home cleaner than he found it! I would definitely recommend him to anyone having new windows put in. He was professional, polite and personable! 10/15/2020

We got siding done on our entire house and our house looks like a new house. Dan, Rob and Josh did a phenomenal job, they arrived on time everyday, and even stayed late some days even though they had families of their own they even worked during their lunch breaks. They were always friendly and clean up everyday before they left. We would definitely recommend this company and the team that did the work on our house.

They did a Sun room for us us and so many things went wrong. They put the windows in wrong and had to take them out out and place them the the right way. They couldn't match the siding so they tried to spray paint a horrible green. The first winter we had the ceiling cracked all along both sides. Can send someone out to look at that and he said that that was a bogus job done it never should've been left like that and it should be fixed he would go back to Ken and tell him what a lousy job it was and that it should be fixed nothing was ever done and we never heard back from the contractor at all or ken.
The guy that did the mud work for the ceiling had to come back and several occasions to re-fix his work as it was uneven and not done properly and needless to say he was quite miffed. John who works with Ken has a very lousy attitude and Very Bossi attitude wanting things done his way and not the clients away. We did report him to Ken and several occasions and he was never let back into the house again. Needless to say the roof was never fixed nobody ever got back to us in regards to it and the job just kept getting higher and higher cost wise more than it started out to be.
There's an old saying caveat emptor buyer beware I should've shopped longer And harder for a good quality builder. They had to come back and fix the floor Which was was laminate and was done all uneven as well as the moldings the moldings along the windows were left with a wide gap and had to be fixed as well this was my life savings that went into the sunroom and it was much more than they had said.
They were supposed to go so Deep into the ground with the posts but then they decided on their own to go a different way without asking us and we asked them why they were doing that and they said it would be a better mole than the other one. We removed our own deck thinking that it would save us money as they said it would and it didn't. They were also supposed to put a concrete slab for a deck next to the steps and they didn't and they said it wouldn't cost us anything that they would do it as a favor to us it never happened they also said they would put concrete steps going out the back door and that never happened either they ended up putting wooden ones on.
The job was a big disappointment and I wished I had never done it I wish I would've kept my life savings in the bank where it was safe. Ken never kept his promises John certainly never kept his and the gentleman that came out to look at the ceiling to see if he could fix it and he would make the job right and that it was done very badly and he would go to Ken and he would tell him how badly it was done and it needed to be re-done the correct way and he would get back to us in a day or two and it's been several months calls were made to Ken.
So if your job is going better than mine I'm glad for you. But those of you were thinking about going with Quality Homes Give it a long hard thought. My husband and I are very disappointed in ours and everybody that asks who did ours Believe me we make sure we tell them and we tell them not to use these people because they are not a good quality. And if you don't believe me come look at my ceiling.

We hired this company because my husband had a good experience with them back in the 90's. I wish they would have lived up to the standard's. We hired them for 2 different projects. The first one was new windows, door & roof in our Lake Room. Our sales man Mike told us that it would be done by the end of November. We constantly had to ask him for updates & when I was going to be started.
He had taken 1/2 of the money for this project & 1/3 for the 2 job. He was always full of excuses & most times it took days for him to get back to us. The first job was finally completed in February! Our second job of redoing our front porch was supposed to be started by then. My husband & I were getting increasley frustrated w/ Mike & his lack of communication.
We told him that we wanted to cancel the second job because now COVID had hit & nothing had been done, including getting the permits. The owner Kenny finally called us after we called the office & Mike several times. He tells us that Mike no longer works for him & doesn't know anything about our job. My husband says he wants the job cancelled & our money back.$5,000!
He goes into a pity party about how times are tough for him & he had to pay Mike his commison! Really! We finally got 3,600 back but probably not as much as Mike made to suck at his job. Home owners be aware!

I'm incredibly happy with my windows and siding from Quality homes! Kenny and his team are fantastic. Professional, courteous, affordable and a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to working with them again on future projects. I have never been more happy with my home than I am right now. I can't thank them enough. Highly recommend!

I just spoke with a gentleman at Quality Homes regarding a required repair quote for a HUD home. This quote is required in order for us to get our mortgage via a 203K renovation loan. However, despite the fact that they replied to my email saying direct quote "Yes we do handle the 203K. We are the certified contractor for Wells Fargo and Prospect Lending for their 203K program", I was told they could not give us a quote because we do not own the home yet.
That is unfortunate since we have to have the quote in order to buy the home. This was very misleading and I wanted to put this out there less as a complaint about the company, but more for anyone who has to go through this process with the 203K loan, It is very frustrating as many contractors will not work with HUD. I was very excited by Quality's initial reply, just to be let down.
The gentleman was very professional, but it was essentially a waste of time. They should not claim that they work with 203K loans being that the process requires a quote before closing on the property and they will not give a quote unless you own the home.
