We had used the same contractor for numerous projects throughout our house, but when that company was not able to take on our basement bathroom remodeling project, we had to look elsewhere. We decided on Totally Dependable. They came out within a few days for a look at our project and to give us a quote. Their price was inline with what we were budgeting.
We had a very old bathroom with a single vanity, large jetted tub and tiny shower. We changed it to a large double vanity and doubled the size of the shower, while removing the tub, which was original to the house, in 1979. We also needed a washer and dryer hookup on the back side of our bathroom in a storage area. Needless to say the work was extensive as nearly nothing was to code. Plumbing(including tearing up concrete), HVAC, and electrical were all redone and to code this time.
The entire bath was stripped to the studs. Stretch was our project manager and was very communicative and sent nearly daily appointment reminders for when workers would be at the house. He was attentive to small details that needed addressed and was always respectful and willing to help us out any way he could. Of course no project is easy, and we had our share of snags, but when one issue led to another, Stretch was able to take care of it, including waterproofing another part or our basement that was leaking from rain intrusion, a difficult install of a bathroom fan on another floor, and required installation of all new smoke and CO detectors on EVERY FLOOR of our house.
Near the end of our remodel, we added more to it, including Sheetrock repair in another bedroom and additional Sheetrock and paint in a large storage room in the basement. It was no issue whatsoever. TD just rolled with us and got it done. Our project wrapped up in about 8 weeks. The transformation was stunning. We also have the confidence that it was done right. We passed all of our inspections. If I ever need another bathroom remodeled, Totally Dependable will be the first call I make!

Great, Flexible, and Collaborative Partner for residential remodel or build out! Mike, Crystal and team were an incredible partner in the quest to finish our dream basement. As a first time taking on a home project, they really made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Mike made countless trips to the house to walk us through or discuss our options before we engaged in a contract.
After that the service didn't stop. We were able to consult them on fixtures and ideas and they were even flexible when we decided to add last minute touches. The crew and contract staff at the house were always professional and respectful and we enjoyed getting to know them. Overall, it felt more like a partnership and less like a project. I would highly recommend Totally Dependable and staff and we love our new basement!

Don: Barb and I want to thank you for the great job your firm did remodeling our kitchen and dining room area. Now that we have had the opportunity to settle in (and unpack all of our boxes) we are realizing that the final product is just like we anticipated and hoped it would be. We also really appreciate the manner in which your superintendents oversaw and executed the job.
Both Stretch and Pat were always on site when work was being done and continually made sure that everything was done smoothly and on time. They also made numerous suggestions as the project progressed that we incorporated that both made sense and improved the project. We have had many friends and neighbors say how great the new open kitchen looks and how efficient the entire layout is.
We tell them that it all started as a dream that Barb put down on a sheet of note paper from which you created the design and thereafter built it for us. We expected no less since you have remodeled both of our upstairs bathrooms. However you and your staff have exceeded our expectations with our new kitchen.
