Love this company! I hired them to clean our office carpet which had pee stains from dogs and food spills. The did such a fabulous job on the carpet and made sure to finish in time so that I was not waiting after office hours. Not only are they professional, timely, friendly, and do a great job, but they also send out a newsletter with lots of inspirational tidbits.

I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I have used this business before, and been happy with the service and quality. Now we live in much larger house with light beige carpeting and all the dirt shows. Jacob and Dillon are hardworking, attentive, and polite. It all looks new, plus they treated and cleaned the gross-looking grout and tile in the master shower. My husband still hasn't stopped raving about the work they did, and it's been a week. They will be the only ones to touch our carpet in the future.

This is the best company, period! They will patch issues if they can and the carpet cleaning is professional! The company I work for has used and seen the work of many different companies, and everytime Carpet Care Northwest shows they are the best value for the price! If you pay less you will get less. Plus, trust me, I have seen others who have paid more for far less. They are straight forward and communicate like no other company I have seen or worked with.

Carpet Care Northwest has been our go to for our Property Management company for the last 2.5 years. They always make time to complete our jobs when I request and efficient at doing so. Samantha is always quick to respond and friendly. Jacob has done lots of our jobs and has provided excellent service every time. I even use them for my own personal carpet cleaning needs. Highly recommend!

Wow! They were very professional throughout the entire process. They managed to get out grease stains that one of our clients tracked in, and got the carpet looking like brand new again. They were very fair on pricing too. I have since called them out to clean my house and RV too. Great job guys!

If you use this company be sure to get, in writing, what the price will be BEFORE they start the job. Beware the bait and switch. It was pleasant enough to chat and text with Jeff when we got estimates. He gave us a fair price range and said it would be himself or another person who would do the work. The other person didn't identify himself until half-way through the job. "Oh, Jeff lives in Arizona.

He doesn't do the work." (Okay, no problem. But why lie? Why not just say it was going to be this other person? Why pretend, in texts, to be heading over? Why not just put us in touch with whoever was doing the work?) Then, in taking a break, non-Jeff had a loud phone conversation with a colleague. Among the topics, she observed, in a mocking tone, "Is THAT how they spell their name? That's WEIRD!" Not exactly professional, polite, or pleasant.

But okay, the work seemed good. Some stains got out. We can deal with rude if the service provided meets our expectations. Then it came time to pay. The invoice presented was 20% greater than the upper price of the range quoted. "Is that a problem?" asked non-Jeff. Um, yeah, it's a problem. If the price was going to differ from the estimate, that should have been established and agreed upon before the work commenced. ***** If you use this company be sure to get, in writing, what the price will be BEFORE they start the job. ****

It's always been my experience that locally owned and operated businesses tend to try harder to not only earn but also to keep your business. I recently had Carpet Care Northwest clean all of the area rugs in my home and, wow, talk about quality! Bret arrived on time, was friendly and helpful, cleaned the rugs quickly, and did all of this for a very affordable price.

My once dull rugs look literally like new again - actually, since I acquired some of these used, I'm getting to see their true colors for the first time - and they smell as clean and fresh as they look. I hear that these folks often offer special new customer deals; if you come across one, snag an appointment quickly. I think you'll become a regular customer.

I was referred by a co-worker who has been using this company for a long time which is how I found this company. Online searching can be overwhelming and tedious. I called on Friday and was able to be scheduled for Tuesday. Brett W was the carpet technician who came to my house. He called ahead per my instructions and exactly on time. He quickly assessed my space and decided on a fair amount since I was quoted what I felt was a little high.

I liked that he had "the authority" to make a judgement call without having to call someone or check with someone and get back to me. I felt I got good value and good service. Brett was pleasant, knowledgeable, focused, and quick. My place is not that big but I am on a third floor. So thumbs up to him and this company - I will definitely be calling again and referring to friends and family.

I have an older dog who's decided in her later years she'll be peeing on the carpet when she's upset.so I need a good carpet cleaning company that's affordable enough I can have them out often. These guys are the best, they do a very good professional job quickly and affordability. I love that their locally owned, not some franchise, I think it gives them more reason to do a solid job. I've had them clean my carpets three times now and couldn't be happier with the process.

They have a big enough crew they can come out within a few days of calling, they have very straight forward pricing and very professional teammates. I'd highly recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs.

We have a 8 month old golden retriever going thru his rebellion stage and he chewed a piece of carpet off of our stairs. I emailed carpet care northwest and was helped right away. They quoted me a price and scheduled an appointment with me. Jeff came by on time and did a great job on the carpet repair! Definitely keeping their number stored into the phone. I'm sure this dog has more mischief under his paws.
