Jordan and Justin came out to clean my carpets and were 2 of the most amazing young men. I explained that I was on a tight budget because I was moving cross country. Eventhought I was told about the extras there was absolutely no pressure to spend more money. The conversation and the laughter was awesome. They were both very polite and completely professional I would definitely call them again. Great job guys!

Empire Chem-Dry scheduled our appointment quickly showed up on time. They did a very thorough job cleaning our carpet (family room, hallway, and stairs) and eliminated pet odor from our elderly dog. Mike was fast but thorough. He knew exactly what he was doing no hesitation. Friendly but not over talkative. I actually asked him for a business card I liked him that much. I will have him back. Mike M. was amazing! Showed up in the window, was super friendly and personable. Did amazing work cleaning up the pet urine stains and smell from our recently passed elderly cat. It was a great refresh to our entire upstairs, and the entire house smelled amazing for days. The only downside was that I kept putting off actually walking on the carpet because it looked so perfect.

Mike did a great job and it was quick! He was super friendly, my son loved it. It was great because the machine was quiet. I rented a carpet washer from homedepot a week before and tried it and took it back because it was so so so loud! Great service! Will be booking another appointment in the future!

Phenomenal services. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Mike came, did a excellent job, and I was amazed how clean my carpet turned out. I had bad urine stains from my dog and stains from the fireplace and now urine stains are gone and you barely see the stain from in front of the fireplace. Hands down I would recommend them again. It was my first time using a carpet cleaning company and I am very please.
