I cannot rave enough about the fantastic experience I had recently with Gabe and JT from Lutz Plumbing. Gabe responded to my Saturday night call and stabilized the situation, then returned to complete repairs. He was the ultimate professional from start to finish. He communicated thoroughly, so I always knew where things stood. He arrived exactly when promised.

Even though it turned out to be a very tough job, he remained upbeat and positive throughout, which helped me stay calm about the situation. Gabe and JT ended up replacing a drain pipe from attic to basement in my two-story home. It required incredible precision, and very hot attic work. Gabe planned every cut in my old plaster walls carefully to minimize damage, which I really appreciated.

They cleaned up thoroughly after the job was complete. I am extremely impressed with their knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. They even went out of their way to keep my sweet dog comfortable throughout the process! I'm sure my old house will need more repairs, and I'll be calling Lutz and Gabe. And I finally have a great answer when someone asks 'do you know a good plumber'! Thanks, guys - you are the BEST!

Last June, a plumber from Lutz replaced an outside faucet incorrectly, this year the pipe split. I called and they had a plumber out the next day. Willis did a great job explaining everything and working with us to fix the issue correctly. I was also relieved to know that the original plumber is no longer employed by Lutz because of their constant mistakes. I would have preferred that the issue was fixed correctly the first time. However, Lutz redeemed themselves and did the right thing.

No one likes to wake up and discover water on the floor in the lower level of a home. I started with towels and fans and then found the number of Lutz Plumbing. Gabe arrived shortly thereafter and repaired the gasket. He was thorough, professional, and explanatory. He is the guy I will be asking for if any plumbing problems occur again. We had a small leak under the kitchen sink and needed a new dishwasher installed. Lewis arrived as scheduled and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. We have been using lots plumbing for years. They are reliable and responsive. I feel like they always do a great job. Would highly recommend them.

Just a weird experience. Apparently, Lutz's plumbers are salespeople first and foremost. Nothing can be quoted easily or discreetly. If you do this one simple thing, it's an outrageous price. If you do five things, the one simple thing is more reasonable, but the total is ridiculous. If you join their club, there is a discount, so you pay more, but the price for your repair technically goes down.

I finally had them do one simple repair for an inflated price, since I needed it done and I was on the hook for their $89 service fee even if I did nothing, but I'll never call them again. Simple trades-work doesn't need to be this convoluted.

I had a pipe burst in between the walls of my two bathrooms which caused a massive water leak in my garage. I called Lutz plumbing and was able to get a plumber sent out with in the hour. This is the second time in less than in year that I have used their services. The technician they sent out was Trey. He was the same representative that I dealt with the first time I had a problem.

He is very knowledgeable in his field and was able to track down the broken pipe quickly. He explained the different options I had to resolve the problem. Once I decided which way to go he was quick to fix the issue and restore the water service to my house. I am going to request that he be my service technician if I ever need anything else in the future! I will highly recommend him and Lutz plumbing to all my friends and family that may need any plumbing services in the future!

I got an estimate on a shower head install, and they were very professional, explained in detail what they would do, and were very helpful in making me understand what the project would entail. Great communication and service.

Discovered water in our basement due to sump pump malfunction after 11:00 pm. Their on-call plumber came out and fixed the major problem we had right away. Huge relief! Because we are signed up for their preferred customer program, an after hour, holiday weekend call was only $89. So glad we are long-time customers of Lutz Plumbing! Our water heater went out on a Friday night, or at least that's when we figured it out. On my mother's referral we called Lutz on Saturday and they told us all of their employees had a funeral to attend but someone could come out after 2. Totally understandable. Trey still showed up before any other company even called me back. He went out of his way to find us a tankless unit on a Saturday night, and got the whole thing done the next day.

By the end of the ordeal he was part of the family and my kids would find excuses to come up to him and show him their toys. Absolutely dependable and reasonably priced. Lutz will be my new go-to plumbing company.

Refused to honor a $25.00 coupon that is on their website. I noticed the coupon later in the day after the morning appointment. I chatted with customer service on their site and requested to use the coupon. Later I received a call stating that they would not honor the coupon because I did not present it at time of service. I didn't know about the coupon at time of service.

Not happy and will not use them again. I will say they did a good job with the fix and the plumber was pleasant. That's why they get two stars. Otherwise it would be lower.

Brent really bailed me out of a jam last Friday afternoon. After several attempts to remove a stuck shower valve, I finally gave up and called Lutz. It was not an easy task but Brent really worked hard to get it done right. Thanks!

Lutz Plumbing visited our house in September after we woke up to a watery garage floor. They fixed the toilet that was the culprit, and then "fixed" a second toilet that was running (but not the cause of the leak). Fast forward to today, when lo and behold, we have a new leak in our garage that was caused by the second toilet. Lutz quoted $700 to *replace* the toilet (and quoted a replacement toilet that a quick Google search can see retails for under $200) that was supposed to have been fixed less than 6 months ago. Coincidence?

Bill and Ricco did a great job. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be looking to Lutz for my future plumbing needs.

This is a phenomenal company to do business with. From the President of the company, the CSR's and the plumbers, every member of their team has been an absolute joy to work with. If you are looking for any type of plumbing work from a water heater replacement to any type of plumbing repair, I highly recommend this company.

Just say no! Worker didn't do the job on our remodel. Thankful for our carpenter who told us! Their guy Brent literally didn't do the work. Our entire project would have been ruined if it hadn't been caught! The supervised Kevin came out to evaluate, then when he saw that Brent didn't do the job, sent him back out to do the job they were paid for. I have no confidence in this company.

I had a worn out garbage disposal. Lutz came out installed a Badger brand with a 2 year warranty. (I have seen this disposal for $85.00 at Home Depot stores recently). Lutz charged over $430.00 to just switch disposals. Their invoice didn't show any breakdown on parts (the disposal) or their labor. Just a bill for $400. plus another charge (tax?) for a total of $430.00.

They didn't do any special plumbing or wiring. Just unfastened the coupler, took the old one off. Coupled the new one on, and plugged it in. 15 minutes at the most. The company is a rip off. They never gave me an estimate and had I known it would be that high, I would have done it myself.

We have called on Lutz for several smaller repairs around our home, but this past spring, a "smaller repair" turned into digging up the front yard to find the blockage and the neighbors' yard to find the original problem. Brent and the entire staff were professional, kept us informed, and never seemed irritated when I called to verify something for insurance or ask the same question again because I forgot what they told me the first time. We will call them in the future for any plumbing issues!
