My old water heater broke and I called a few places to get estimates. Chase was by far the most informative and responsive. His estimate was also very competitive. He installed the new water heater today. He was prompt and his work was excellent. He even made a few improvements over the original installation. He left the area clean after finishing the job. I did a lot of research and got quotes from 8 major companies for a replacement water heater and then came across KC Water Heater. I don't usually look for smaller companies on a big job, but when I looked at his reviews and saw that all of them were five star I had to give him a shot. He won out over all the others. He spent time going over options very thoroughly with me over the phone (even after hours ). what should have been an easy install was a little bit more difficult because of location of heater and codes, and he was the one trying the hardest to come up with a solution I'd be happy with.

He showed up on time, was very personable, extremely efficient and informative, and left a very clean work site behind. he installed the exact same product I was quoted by all the other companies without a ridiculous markup, and I don't regret my choice and will be using him again when this water heater expires, those five stars are well earned! I even had a plumber in my home the same day of installation for a different issue who asked to see the heater install after Chase left and he had nothing but good things to say about the clean install and he is a local competitor!

If you are looking to replace a water heater, this is the guy. I called around and got several quotes. KC Water Heater beat the prices by a hundreds. Chase is the owner/operator of a one man business that gets it done right. The previous plumbing company didn't install my water heaters correctly and they were back drafting, ultimately causing one to fail.

Chase took the time to work with me to find the right solution that would eliminate back drafting and keep my family safe. Once we decided on a solution Chase had it installed within two days. He has great prices and service because he specializes in water heaters. He takes pride in his work and does it right. The pipes look like artwork. All the angles are perfect and he connected directly to the water heater with rigid pipe and not flexible lines. Most important of all. The family had hot water and my wife was happy.

Chase responded to my emails very quickly and was easily available for installation within a few days of my inquiry. Not only did Chase give me an honest evaluation of my best option, he went above and beyond by ensuring I knew how to use my water shutoff valve if necessary and offering to send me information for a necessary tool.

He ended up installing an easily accessible valve for me since mine is apparently difficult to get to. He finished the hot water heater installation within two hours and it looks great! Instead of recommending more expensive repairs or replacements to the system, he patched up a few areas completely free of charge. Chase is a true professional that wants to do what is right, not just what will make him the most money. We made an appointment for him to look over my 20 year old water heater and probably have him replace it. He called before he came by to verify it was still a good time to come over. He showed up when he said he would, and was very polite and professional.

He was very careful to take care of our house and floors. His installation took several hours, but it was the time frame we discussed earlier. Chase took the time to explain why he was doing what he was and answered every question that I asked, (I asked a lot of questions!). He was very candid with some of the options that he gave me, an didn't pressure me in any way to add more complexity than was needed.

Chase allowed me to watch the entire installation and didn't seem bothered that I wanted to be a part of it.(I had installed the last water heater 20 years earlier). As the owner of his company, he is aware that every detail of the installation is a reflection of him and his quality. The brand we bought: Bradford White, are mainly sold through professional plumbers and have a higher quality than most of the Big-Box store units.

The total price wasn't that much more than me buying a top of the line BigBox Store water heater, and installing it myself. By Chase doing the installation, I didn't have to make several trips back to the store to get small parts that I may have forgotten, and he took the old one with him! I have no hesitation recommending KC Water Heaters to anyone who needs to have a water heater replaced.

He quoted me a price before work began, but due to a variety of factors out of Chase's control, my install ended up requiring way more time and effort than he allotted. I talked to Chase on the phone for 5 minutes and I knew that I had found someone who was a Pro at installing water heaters. Safety is paramount when installing and operating a gas fired water heater, mainly due to possible exposure to Carbon Monoxide. Chase replaced my 18 year old water heater with the best water heater for my house/situation. He evaluated all the piping and surrounding components including the most critical piece, a pressure regulator on the water line which had to be replaced. Five stars are not enough to rate Chase's knowledge and expertise. He is the best in the business, bar none!!

Chase was awesome! After getting the run-around from my home warranty company, they finally said to call someone and they'll reimburse me for it. Chase was the first person I called and he was able to come out to my house the same day. He was willing to talk to my home warranty company before getting started to help me get reimbursed for the service.

The installation was very well done, and afterwards he walked me through the equipment to go over service intervals and things to look out for to keep everything running smoothly. My husband talked to Chase on the phone for awhile when he was calling around to find someone to replace our very old water heater. Chase spent a good amount of time on the phone with my husband, explaining things to him and helping decide what all we would need to have done. Because Chase was so friendly, knowledgable and helpful, we decided to hire him for the job.

There were some extra things he ended up having to do, and he did an excellent job.
