Jakub was our contact person and he walked us through every step from day 1. He was handling everything like the project/house was his( in the good way of it) he cared about it! We were always able to get in touch and he would always doble check before any steps were made Jakub provided updates everyday via texts, phone calls or emails with pictures or videos. And no surprises on the money side. He and his team are great professionals.

Jakub & the Home Solutions team were an excellent selection for my renovation project. I most appreciated their consistent responsiveness to any questions or concerns. Home Solutions is the best. There is no contest. I have owned my Coop in NYC for 30+ years. In that time I have had some renovating done, and some small work done. Like so many, I became reconciled to the fact that no one cares and no one has pride in his/her work anymore. I was wrong. They may be few and far between, but somehow I found the BEST contractor I have ever worked with. Jakub Pernica is incomparable.

He is friendly, conscientious, very smart, talented, honest, and honorable. His crew is the same, as is Jane who runs his office. He completely gutted and renovated my kitchen. When I walk by it now, I am proud. It is truly a beautiful room. Jakub was very helpful re: picking out flooring, appliances and other materials. His insight and talent are well-honed.

I trusted him and his crew in my home - that has NEVER been the case previously. I just can't say enough. He is the greatest, easiest-to-work-with professional I could have hoped to meet. He doesn't gouge his clients, either. He is very fair. We can't wait to have him do more work on our apartment. We know that he will turn it into a real showcase. HE IS THE BEST - an exemplary person in all ways.

I hired Home Solutions Inc. January 2020 for a paint job, minor electrical work and floor/drywall repair. The paint job which included several different colors throughout the apartment was wonderfully finished, from walls to trims to molding! The bedroom floor looks good as new and the previously exposed TV cables are elegantly hidden behind drywall.

They even created a custom bulletin board for the kitchen, hung/installed my TV and smoke detectors, as well as mounted my mirror after they completed the job - I cannot express how happy I am with the results! Jakub and his whole team were professional, reliable and a real pleasure to work with! Their attention to detail/standard of work always gave me peace of mind. A true quality company! I would highly recommend them for any job, small or large!

My wife and I made sure to do our research before selecting our General Contractor. Fortunately, we went with Home Solutions. They did an excellent job redoing our 2 bedroom apartment. Jakub was our project manager and he walked us through the every step. While construction can be stressful (and ours was no exception!) we were always able to get in touch with him whenever we had questions. You cannot do better than Home Solutions! The Home Solutions website reads like they're almost too good to be true. But having recently completed my first NYC-based renovation, I can wholeheartedly support the already stellar reviews you can find online for this outfit. If you are lucky enough to have Home Solutions bid on your project, I strongly recommend you HIRE THEM!

The Home Solutions team's transparency, flexibility, and dedication kept my project ON TIME and UNDER BUDGET. If I were to consider another renovation project in future, I would only ever consult with Jakub, Peter and the Home Solutions team. Don't just take my word for it though! My wife has used Home Solutions, Inc. for a complete remodel of her kitchen and bathroom in an Upper West Side apartment and could not possibly be happier with their work.
