The traditional standards of success in construction are completion of projects on time, within budget and with all quality standards satisfied. The minimum standards to which we hold ourselves exceed this traditional definition quite substantially. We consider our projects successful when we complete them on time, within budget and with excellent construction quality, of course.

But in addition, our projects must be completed with rock solid integrity, in a friendly, collegial work environment. These are the standards our clients want, and these are the standards we regularly deliver.
