Megan and Patrick from the design team were truly a pleasure to work with. They worked within our budget and still made the place look amazing. They worked with us on every major detail and had the blueprints done very quickly. We were able to file with the DOB even before our expected timeline thanks to them. I'd highly recommend them for any architectural needs.

We are a terrific experience with Crafted Interiors Design + Build. We did a complete renovation of our master bathroom and Megan and Patrick transformed our bathroom into a beautiful modern bathroom with gorgeous custom made cabinetry, lots of storage and nice lighting. They are super professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Crafted Interiors. They performed an extensive renovation of our 2-bedroom 1.5 bath pre-war CO-OP. We purchased our apartment in estate condition with much of it not updated since it's construction in the 1920's. Going into the project we knew we had a reasonable budget to address many of the core issues. However, we were also prepared to face the reality that some items would need to remain out of scope and be addressed in the coming years as our finances permitted. Fortunately, the Crafted team took great care in creating a project plan that balanced our needs, wants, and budget to make our vision for the apartment a reality.

The build process was seamless. The Crafted team handled all aspects of the permitting, building approvals, and on-site deliveries. In fact, all we had to do was log into their client portal and submit payments as milestones in the project were completed. That's another thing we really liked about Crafted, they embrace technology and have a client portal that allows you to review invoices, make payments, approve changes and our favorite feature, review photos of the project as it progresses.

We our incredibly happy with the final product and can't thank Megan, David, and the entire Crafted team enough for making the renovation such a pleasant experience and leaving us with a beautiful home to raise our family for many years to come. If you're looking for a design and build firm for a project, this is who you want to go with.

Home renovation in any capacity is not for the faint of heart, especially in NYC. My experience can be summed up in two distinct and equally powerful messages: beware of complications from any office that starts with 'Building' (eg: Building Department, Building Management Company, etc) and embrace the positive results and peace of mind that hiring a team of consumate professionals like Megan and Dave from Crafted Interiors will provide.

I have the pleasure of writing this from my amazing, newly renovated apartment which has exceeded my very high expectations due entirely to the great work of the team at Crafted Interiors. From the first day we met, Megan and Dave have been the best collaborators. Their integrity, constant sense of urgency, attention to detail, and open communication coupled with their extremely skilled team of craftsmen have guided this project to the most successful result possible- my beautiful new home. We highly recommend David and Megan and the Crafted Interiors team. In a business where trust is so important, there were zero surprises during our renovation. Their level of detail is second to none. Every cost was itemized and explained prior to signing off. They stayed on budget. They helped us pick out and coordinate every single item in our kitchen.

They were true partners and genuinely cared about the product and making sure things weren't just completed, but done to perfection. And it absolutely shows in the pictures. We have already referred them to friends and will continue to do so.

David and Megan were terrific to work with throughout my renovation: They worked with me through a few kitchen iterations until we found a great open layout that permitted full size appliances, were always highly available and responsive and worked with me until we found a solution that I as thrilled by throughout the process. The work speaks for itself, and my friends and family are all really impressed by the renovation.

In a really nice surprise, David and Megan 'discovered' several square feet of space that could be reclaimed in my apartment by removing non-structural elements around the structural parts. They integrated the space really nicely which created a nook by the sink, a deeper pantry, and additional built-in storage in the living room. They also handled an oddly positioned gas line which couldn't be moved in a really nice way, turning it into additional storage and counter space by the stove.

When it was discovered that my apartment had heat loss issues (This was due to windows which the coop will replace in the spring) they adapted their design incorporating larger replacement radiators which are keeping the space nice and toasty as winter is approaching. David's team did everything very well, but the thing that has impressed me the most has been their commitment to getting everything right, even when minor surprises have come up months after I moved in, and long after I'd submitted my final payment.
