I used the services of Atlanta Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning on 12/06 after 11+ years that the ducts and vents were not cleaned. Scheduling the service call was easy and Rina was very responsive and pleasant to talk with. The technician called in advance and was on time. I received a good explanation of how the cleaning process will work and the team worked in a professional and clean way.

The gentleman that came to do the work was very good at showing me what was wrong. Educated me on when to have the services done. What can happen if it is neglected. The before and after pictures were amazing. Being a single person need all the help I can get to take care of my investment. I now feel safer. Can't put a price on that. Thank you very much.

This company has been awesome. We use them to provide extra value to our customers experience at Southern Air Care. We have used them several times and we get great feedback from our customers. Even being in the HVAC business I still can't believe what the pull out of the ductwork sometime. Suzanne is a true professional and is very easy to work with on projects.

We used this company to clean out our dryer vent back in July. At the time, they were running a special of $85 to do this. They charged more than double than that at $200. When I called the office about it, the lady I spoke with said that was because they cleaned the vent both inside and out, which I would think is standard protocol for cleaning out the dryer vent, so their pricing of $85 is misleading and a scam.

She was snippy, defensive, and rude about it, when it was a legitimate question. What's more is the person who did it put a guard on the outside of the dryer vent, he said to prevent squirrels from getting in. That is ridiculous, because our dryer is on the second story of the house about 20 feet off the ground, and there are no squirrels around since it is a new neighborhood, and the trees are very young. The guard has since accumulated lint in it, which has clogged the vent itself, and that has caused our brand new dryer to overheat and stop working.
