PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

I used PV Heating & Cooling to replace my HVAC system a few yrs back and then again when my 2nd unit stopped working about a year ago. PV was great both times and since then I have used them for ongoing HVAC maintenance. They are always on time, professional and do quality work. I'm also thrilled that they now offer plumbing services, which I plan to use when the need arises. I would def recommend.

The technician Jason Peavy from PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing who came out to my house was very kind, and he did a detailed inspection at my home. I was very pleased.

Came out same day to fix my furnace. They diagnosed it and their price was half of a previous quote. Technician adjusted my settings so the heat pump would still run until the part came in. Part came in the next morning and they my system up and running by lunch. Very smooth and trustworthy prices.

The lady who scheduled my appointment was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to get me scheduled when I had an emergency heat not working in super cold temps weather situation! From my whole house audit to new unit installation to now years and years of maintenace visits to keep us functioning efficiently, I would recommend them for any and all things. Technicians are stellar, services are fairly priced, communication is perfectly detailed and timed, I could go on and on.

Our heat stopped working on New Years Eve on a Sunday. I texted the owner, and he got the office to contact us right away. They had a technician out within a couple of hours. This was a 1 1/2 year old Carrier system that they had installed. The technician, Mike Sharpe, found the problem with the drain pipe that had triggered the system to shut down. He fixed it right away.

PV HVAC was fantastic. Came out same day I called and diagnosed the problem another company misdiagnosed. Jeff, my technician, was excellent as well. Knew his stuff, explained everything thoroughly, and implemented a temporary fix to ensure I would not be without heat pending a permanent fix. If you need HVAC work, don't hesitate to call PV. You won't be disappointed.

I can't say enough good things about this HVAC company! Alex Flores came to my house today and he was so nice and most of all, honest! And he showed up on time! Can't say enough good things about him. I have used PV Heating & Air for a few years now based on a recommendation from a neighbor. Every time a tech has come out to my house, they have been the most polite, humble, honest, knowledgeable people you can imagine!

In the past, I was so sick of HVAC companies trying to rip me off by recommending that I replace things that aren't actually broken or constant upsells. Not one of the techs that has ever come out to my house has ever done this. I don't know where they find all these people, but keep doing what you're doing and promoting honesty in your business. If you do that, you will ALWAYS have business and stay ahead of most of the other rip-off HVAC businesses out there.

Our whole experience with PV has been top-notch! They made a very thorough evaluation of our home, gathering the information needed to address our current and future needs. A much more intense approach than we found with other providers. This was not a one size fits all way of doing things. PV has especially helpful in designing and installing a new HVAC plus dehumidifier system in my house. They first did all of the calculations and recommended the proper system. I appreciated their thoroughness, recommendations, and patience helping me choose the best option for me. Before installation, there were discussions on site to determine the best way to install the dehumidifier, route the new duct work, and place new controllers.

During this process, I was able to answer questions and understand the parts that were important to me. After installation, I was provided with instructions, they did a quality check, and things have been great since. I appreciated the process of working with PV, have recommended them to others, and have been happy with the results.

PV Heating and Air replaced both furnaces in my Mom's home. The company exceeded our expectations. The day before the work began they sent a technician to evaluate the job to determine what was needed. The next day a team of three arrived. They were on time, professional, respectful of the property, and provided stellar customer service. They were shoe covers in the home because she has hard wood floors.

They placed a protective cover on the floor before placing the furnace down. They even cleaned up after they picked up the covers! Pricing can't be beat. I highly recommend this company because they did an outstanding job, very thorough, and professional. Selecting another company as the old cliche goes you get what you pay for but if your home deserves the best PV Heating & Air is the company to call! AC started blowing warm air suddenly. Called PV and within an hour had a tech on-site to diagnose issue and replaced the fan motor of outside unit. Also replaced filter while onsite and checked everything out. Total pro, great company. Services:HVAC system maintenance, A/C system repair

Update: PV made a mistake in assessing our needed repairs. They immediately responded once they were informed, and they remedied the situation within hours even though they incurred a financial loss. All of the employees I dealt with were very professional, competent, and courteous, as was the owner of the company. In addition to appreciating their work, I have am now very impressed with how they handled this issue.

It showed a lot of integrity, and I will continue to be a loyal customer. We've used this company for a little over a year. We had a maintenance appointment scheduled for next week, but then had an emergency issue last night, which was a Friday. I submitted an appointment request online around 10:30pm, and they called me at 8:01am, one minute after they opened.

I was very relieved with the response time, especially on 12 hours notice on a Saturday in July. Joseph was really nice and patient with me in explaining everything that was going on. They also texted me a photo of the technician ahead of time, along with a live tracker to see exactly when he'd be here. Very pleased.

We've been working with for PV Heating & Air for about the past two years: First with for insulation in our attic and now for heating and A/C system service and maintenance. My husband was super impressed with the quality of their insulation work - he's in attics a lot for his job - and we especially appreciate the quality work our service technician Hung V puts in every single time. Way overdue on a yearly maintenance for our AC system, and knew we had some repairs to be done on the A/C unit. PV was easy to schedule with, and our tech Ahmed was prompt, easy to talk to, clearly experienced, and answered any and all questions we had without reservation. He performed a very thorough maintenance, and came up with the issues we expected to hear.

PV Heating and Air Conditioning is an awesome service provider. If you are considering replacing your HVAC unit(s), you must try PV! I purchased two new units from PV after two other companies visited and serviced my old units. With both of those other companies, I felt as if I was being scammed and being taken advantage of because I was a woman. One company attempted to sell (lease) me one unit for more than the cost of two units I bought from PV.

While the other company tried to sell a used unit with no serial number as a new unit. PV was different. Extremely different! I knew that after the company's owner called me personally ON A SATURDAY to do a phone assessment of my needs and the urgency. After speaking with me and understanding my needs, he escalated my appointment by six days! After my initial PV-experience which included the call from the owner and a home visit from my sales representative, James, I realized this company was on an entirely different level.

Their professionalism, expertise, genuine decency and honesty, was consistent even after I signed the contracts. Five months after buying the first unit, I bought the second. Both transactions, were consistent with PV's commitment to honest, professional, expert services and energy efficiency which saves me monthly on my utility costs. The unit pricing was extremely fair for the two Trane units.

The maintenance and bi-annual services thereafter have been phenomenal as well. PV boasts a courteous and professional team from the operator that answers your first call, to the business and accounting team members, to the consultants performing energy assessments, to the no-gimmicks sales person, to the installers, and the maintenance teams. They are such experts that three days after the installation, a quality control manager does a thorough site check of the inside and outside unit. We did a total overhaul of our HVAC system (42 years), attic air-ducts and insulation, and water heater. The overhaul included removal of old duct, plenum, insulation, complete HVAC unit replacement and new cellulose insulation and new water heater. After review of different suppliers and multiple rounds of discussion we decided for PV Heating and Air.

Our decision was not made on cost, we felt comfortable with Jason and his team's level of knowledge and professional methodology to explaining the system and different steps for executing the job. As an engineer myself, I could related to the study perform by PV to size the system and the value of such. The equipment selected (Trane) and the approach to maximizing the efficiency of the new system was first class.

We actually ended with a lower tonnage unit than the original GE system (42 years old) The execution of the job went extremely well, PV's employees were timely, very professional and courteous. It was a pleasure to work with all of them. I would highly recommend PV to anyone considering HVAC replacement and water heater.
