Bob was the technician who diagnosed and replaced our pool pump. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He quickly completed the pump replacement/install and provided excellent teaching and training information to me that made me a more informed pool owner. I will recommend Bob and blue Hawaiian to every pool owner I know.

Mike came out to help us with our pump that wouldn't start when we opened our pool. Took him 5 minutes to get it going. Love that he tried the simple fix first instead of going right to repairs or full replacement which could have cost us tons of money. He was so nice, super friendly and even took time to answer our questions (we are new pool owners). We will definitely be using Mike and this company to close our pool in the fall. Thank you so much Mike!

We have been nothing but pleased with our experience with Blue Hawaiian Pools. Before we began the process, we had an idea of what we wanted as far as design of the pool and surrounding decking. Johnny created plans to fit exactly what we wanted, and the crew worked so well to make the building process efficient. Everything has been perfect. We are still impressed with the quality 5 years later, and we recommend Blue Hawaiian to everyone!

Went in to get water tested and purchase a liner for 20x40 pool. After getting water tested ( fyi the girl acted like I was clueless about maintaining a pool that we have had for 25 years). Went over and got with my wife and daughter looking at samples. After waiting there with only 1 other person in store for 30 minutes no one came and asked anything.
We were serious about getting the new liner. Anyways, we left. Went to a store down the street and was greeted and helped almost immediately. He answered all our questions and was very helpful. We found one we liked and signed the paperwork for about $4,500 and left with a 4 week timeline. Reminds me of the movie "Pretty Woman" where Julia Roberts is looking in a store and and was snubbed.
Then she went to another store and was helped and greeted and spent $$$$. She stopped back at the store after spending hundreds of dollars and ask if they remembered her. They said yes. She shows them what she had bought and said "big mistake" and walked out. It used not be that way when we dealt with "Big John" the dad who owned it at the time. I usually dont give bad reviews, but I was actually shocked since John put our pool in 25 or so years ago and have always had helpful courteous service.

This place is the absolute worst to work with. Had a service call back in March 2020. Paid the technician $95.00 on the spot before he left my home and I even tipped him for a good job. He brings check back to their office and they deposit check. They proceed to invoice me again and keep billing me for an "unpaid" service call. I telephone their showroom and speak to the manager.
He assures me it's taken care of. Two weeks go by and I get another invoice in the mail this time telling me I am 30 days past due for Service call I paid for on the spot. I called them again and tell them check their records I have paid for this immediately and they deposited the check. I mail them a copy of the check and copy of the invoice asking them to please stop billing me.
Another 30 days goes by now they are putting finance charges as well as declaring me to be 60 days overdue. I finally make a visit to the show room and bring with me a copy of the canceled check and their invoice. I am given a song and a dance from the two women that work there. They swear to me that I am mistaken I've never mailed them back the copies of the canceled checks and they swear I'm wrong.
They finally blame the poor technician and said that he put it in the cash register under the wrong account for their accounting system. Stay away from these incompetent fools. We won't ever use them again. Rude, arrogant and just not worth the trouble to do business with.
