The Company was established in 1954 and incorporated four years later. While working for private construction companies, each of the four founding brothers earned knowledge in his specific field of construction - plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and masonry - thus delivering a sound basis for establishing their own firm. Initially, the Company built private residences.
