From the initial phone call all the way through to the fitters, my Mum could not have been given a better service. The salesman was very polite, friendly and offered great advice. Chris was extremely helpful, ensuring the dates for the survey and fitting best accommodated our needs. In between, Kia showed great communication making sure we were fully aware of the whole process as it progressed.

The fitters were excellent and were very conscious of doing a professional job and also cleaned up very well after themselves, each day. One small issue was raised after the installation and surprised to say it was dealt with, with the day I was recommended Armour Windows and I certainly would recommend them to anyone else. Had a old for new porch fitted and we are very pleased with it. Everything was straight forward from the charming sales rep Carol to the fitting by the fitters. Took the old porch away which we were very glad to say goodbye to. Was hoping for some rain to see how it fairs but unfortunately that has not happen yet just drizzle. But very happy so far. Steer well clear of this amateur company. We had a new front door fitted over a year ago and although it looks nice, it has never fitted properly. Despite several visits from different workmen they can't make the door fit properly. We can't open the door properly and although they promised me a handle on the inside this has never materialised. When you call them it's one excuse after another. My advice would be to pay more and get your job executed properly by professionals not these amateurs.

I'd like to thank all the team at Armour for my installation! The installers were fantastic and went above and beyond for us. Even ran around with the hoover afterwards! I found the initial process far less painful than some of the other quotes I had and Armour were better on price too. Thank you guys for the great service and i would definitely be recommending you to family and friends.

I signed up with Armour in December 2021. Composite door and 2 bay windows were installed 6 weeks later. All of the staff have been very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Would highly recommend to others.

The sales team came round and guided us through the best door for our property. There was no pressure at all at any point during the transaction. We were told we would be installed before Christmas which was a big plus for us. Which given it was the end of the October and the current climate was a great promise. The installation team turned up promptly at 9am today 17/12/21.

The job was finished at 15:00pm. The property was left as spotless as all cleaning was done by the installation team. The installment was quick and pain free and the installation team were as quiet as can be and polite. Armour windows with flair really did a perfect job from initial sale to installation. All members we have dealt with are a credit to the team. I highly recommend them for your door and window needs and will be recommending them to my family and friends.

Absolutely brilliant service from Armour Windows, both Office Staff and Fitters were fantastic. Fitters were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Left the place nice and tidy. Would definitely use Armour Windows again and recommend to my family and Friends.

We have just had 9 windows and 2 doors fitted by the Armour Windows Team and have to say that they have done a brilliant job. The team was respectful, considerate and skilled with the installation. What we didn't get was a 'pushy' salesman - commendable. The salesman was helpful with our requirements and was able to suggest a number of options from which we could choose.

The products are excellent and represent good value for money and look set to last for a good many years to come. Armour Windows is a local company and certainly gives first class customer service. Well done to the entire Armour Windows Team.

My fitters were delayed by an emergency, however they still were able to fit my windows in half a day. The three of them were like a well oiled machine, each person knew exactly what there were doing. Due to the current restrictions keeping a distance was adhered too. The team were very professional. The windows look great, all rubbish was removed and apart from have new windows you would not they had been here. Excellent service from stat to finish. No hesitation in recommending them to others. I have just had a new composite front door fitted at my house and couldn't be happier. I had a few different companies out to quote and Armour were the most competitive but also the most genuine in their sales approach. They weren't pushy at all compared to some of the others. Yes there were delays in the installation due to the door not being ready like other reviews have said. However, working in the property industry myself, I know that this is an issue for the majority of contractors and installers due to Covid and Brexit which although disappointing is out of their control.

I was kept informed about any delays and the communication was great from the initial enquiry all the way through to installation. The guys who fitted the door were professional and friendly and the finish of the job is to a high standard. I'm really pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Armour.
