We needed new siding on your house and chose TopLine. That was the best decision ever. Mike was amazing throughout the whole project and was there to address any needs. Topline recently installed a new front door and sidelites. My door looks gorgeous. Tom, who installed it in one day, is a true craftsman and professional. The door, the moldings, and everything else fit perfectly. They cleaned up several times as they worked. They are trustworthy and honest. Their prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Needed a total vinyl siding replacement. Crew took their time and did it right. When I addressed any issues they corrected it. Job well done.

Despite a brand new roof put in by the previous house owners with a different company, I still had a mysterious leak. TopLine was able to come the next day, figure out the problem, offer me an affordable fix, and squeeze me into their schedule before the remnants of Hurricane Ida hit NYC. The repair held during what were absolutely catastrophic rains. I'm beyond grateful. They have a customer for life with me.

TopLine was amazing. The figured out what was causing my mystery roof leaks and squeezed me into to do the fix the next day. The repair cost hundreds, not thousands, in my case, AND it held up to Hurricane Ida's pummeling of the city. I only wish they did basements!

Top line recently redid the siding on our house, installed four windows and a new door. From initial meetings with Mike to having the work done by Antonio and the rest of the crew, everything went as smoothly as possible. They were extremely responsive and accommodating, cleaned up after themselves and the house looks awesome! Highly recommend!

Topline came recommended by our neighbor. They are professional, efficient and honest. Our windows came in slightly early which was great and they set up our appt that week. The installers were great and worked quickly and the windows looked great. Windows really give a room and uplift. I will probably be doing the rest of the rooms at some point!

We had 5 windows installed a year and a half ago, and I wish I could say I am thrilled, but not really. I'll start with the ordering/installation. Three windows went off without a hitch; two were somewhat problematic. We have a very large living room window that opens to a fire escape. Tom special-ordered this window for us, which we appreciated.

But when it got here, his team installed it and then let us know that the screen would be unremovable. As it's a fire escape window, that was not acceptable. His team told us the choice was either no screen, or a screen that does not open. Since that was not what we ordered, we had to call the owner; he kind of gave us a hard time but finally agreed to order a different model.

The other problem window was the bathroom. Our old window had a clear top and an obscured bottom. When they installed the new window, both pieces were obscured. Since we had asked to have as close to the old window as possible, we assumed the top would be clear. Again, we kind of had to argue with Tom, but to his credit, he resolved it by ordering a clear top window.

As for long-term usage, four of the windows are great. They open and close easliy and are aligned. However, the living room window, which felt awfully tight when we they installed it, is now very difficult to move up and down (to be fair, this may be due to its large size or building settling). Finally, the screens: the netting tears easily. On the plus side, we do like the 4 windows that work well (they are easy to open and close and easy to clean) and the price was much more reasonable than the estimate we got from Home Depot.

We appreciated that Tom replaced the two windows that were problematic upon installation, but it would have been great if communication were clearer from the start: 1) screen will not open; 2) upper bathroom window will not be clear. Next time we'll ask more questions and get more specifics upon ordering.

I contacted Topline for a new garage door and got an inspection appointment within two days. Tom went over all the details of an installation and gave me a good quote for the job. I was contacted again three days later saying the job will be completed the following week. The job was done better than expected. The workers were like expert carpenters, they removed my old garage door, frame, old tracks, disposed of it, then installed a new door and opener. The whole install took around 4 hours. I was totally satisfied in their work.

I hired TopLine Home Improvement after meeting with Tom. I was searching around for a reliable contractor and I never saw a bad review on You're probably from Marine Park, Brooklyn if. FB Page. I was not disappointed! My new interior & exterior front doors are gorgeous. Paul installed them and did an excellent job. I would definitely give them my business again.

Thanks to Jimmy and the TopLine Team as they did an excellent job. Their quote was fast, free and fair (lowest out of 3). They actually came early on the day of my project; with the 3 man team in, on and out for my roof repair. best part I overpaid by a $100 and Jimmy called me after he left to let me know I gave to much money. We had a great experience with TopLine. I spoke with three different vendors to get quotes for replacing our old windows, and TopLine's Tom just stood out as the most straightforward, honest, and experienced. The lead time for the windows was longer than expected, but in the end, it was all worth it. The installation took only a day, and the crew was respectful and super efficient. The new windows look beautiful, and our house looks instantly upgraded!

I have not had any work done by Topline, but I wanted to review Tom, who came out for an estimate (for work that they don't do: cellar doors). He was very punctual, and gave me good recommendations. And in case people want to know, Topline has a Home Improvement Contractor license as of January 2019.

Tom and his team are truly amazing. They replaced my double front door and did a masterful job. Paul and his install team were quick and methodical. I highly highly recommend Topline for all they have to offer.

We are return customers. Recently we hired Topline for new roofing. We have used Topline on a few other occasions to install two small windows and a storm door. One very important thing to me is that my mom feels comfortable with whomever I hire. Each time, Tom has come to provide an estimate. He has always been kind to my mom which means the world to me.

Our final cost has never exceeded the estimate he provided. The three workers that did the roof (2 on roof and 1 doing cleanup) were fast and efficient and the job was done very well for an affordable price. Tom came to inspect the job. The job was completed in less than one day. (Another company had said it would take 2 days and quoted a higher price). It is a pleasure to know a company that we can call upon that we have faith in. We hired Topline to do new siding on our entire home. We shopped around and found them to be best priced! The job was just completed and we could not be happier! The entire team is extremely professional! Tom made everything seamless and was super polite and relatable, almost like speaking to a friend! Just had them replace a few more windows in my house. The ones they did last year have had no problems. The ones this year are perfectly installed. The two guys who did the work were earlier than estimated, very polite, and very clean. When Tom H. did the estimate, he showed his wealth of knowledge about the products and the process. Very reasonable price I thought, for an excellent job.

Went with this company without doing too much research. After paying a deposit and getting a written invoice, they ordered the wrong windows. Tom did not want to finish the job correctly. Only after a huge argument, and me having to prove what windows we ordered with documentation, they finally came back a month later. Before starting the job I also checked with Tom if, after the windows are replaced, more work will need to be done around the frames.

He said absolutely not. When they finished, they left 1-2inch gaps between the siding and the new frames, which he said was going to cost extra to close these gaps to keep the rain out. If I have to have extra work done, I will hire someone who is not a liar. Overall, I found them to not care about the customer, be dishonest and not very competent. If you want to avoid a sloppy job and a headache, this is not a company you want to get involved with.

I used Topline to do my entire siding job. The entire processes was seamless. From the estimate with Mike to the workmanship of the crew. I was so impressed. Everyone is so polite and accommodating. They finished the job within 4 days as stated. And came back to help with outlet cut outs for my electrician. I haven't even mention yet how amazing everything came out. We priced around but we found them to be very reasonable. but nothing goes better with a good price then great service.

I used them to side my carriage house. It was complicated only because the carriage house bordered to condo property which required very exact proof of insurance. TopLine was very professional and patient as we got the two condo boards satisfied. The work was excellent, the job site was tidy, the workers were kind and I am now planning on using them to do my roof. They aren't the cheapest but they are worth it. Patti

Great company. Nothing more to say. They put in my front windows ten years ago and theyre still in wonderful condition. I recently had them put in a front door, and storm door. Again, they did a wonderful job. The craftsmanship is seem less, and high quality work. You get what you pay for and with home construction i do not like to be cheap. Wonderful experience time and time again. I will use these guys as long as they are still around!

Long time customer. Windows are reasonable and have held up well. However, customer service is lacking. Not helpful at all about replacing screens, etc. Probably will not use them in the future
