Kelley Home Services is a family owned and operated full service construction company serving Gig Harbor and the surrounding communities since 2000. In the mid 1990's, I was working as a repair contractor for a property management company that never wanted to take the time to fix things properly. This bothered me, because home is someplace special and the work done on it should reflect that.
With over 15 years of design and installation experience, Kelley Home Services has transformed hundreds of kitchens and bathrooms. Let us show you what potential awaits within your home. I used Kelley Home Services for my remodel, and I couldn't be happier with the result. After consulting four contractors, I chose Pat Kelley because he understood that I wanted to keep the look of my old house while updating the amenities and improving the flow of the floor plan.Because of Pat's guidance, the remodel turned out better than I had envisioned.

During the past three years, the crew at Kelley Home Services have visited our home on a half dozen occasions to complete a variety of projects for us. The projects have been varied including demolition, interior remodeling, electrical routing, trim and finish work. We have been very satisfied with their services and have entrusted our projects to them ever since.

On January 11th 2022 I experienced a water leak due to my sump pump failing. I called Kelley Home Services and they had eyes on the job that day. Within an hour I had them at my house assessing damage and coming up with a game plan to move forward. The entire process was so smooth and simple. Every technician that came to my house was polite, respectful, and kept me informed of the work being done in great detail.
This job ended up being much bigger than we had originally anticipated but that didn't stop the crew from getting it done. They were so meticulous and didn't cut any corners. These guys seriously are amazing! I haven't had the best luck with contractors in the past but I will forever use Kelley Home Services and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.
My home is now looking better than it did before the water damage. I really have to say this company went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I have to say I am blessed to have found them and it's a 10/10 for me! Thank you to all of you involved in this process!

We had scheduled an appointment for this morning over a month ago. Like most people, my wife and I have very tight schedules and book appointments months out for almost everything. We were waiting around all morning for him to show up. Then, my wife noticed a voicemail on her phone calling the day previous to confirm the appointment. My wife again works 10 hour days and she does not get cell service at her job and is very busy.
Because she didn't respond, he went ahead and cancelled the appointment we booked months ago. Both my wife and I work in medical professions and if a patient does not confirm, that does not mean we cancel an appointment. They could have called again this morning if they were worried about wasting their time. Thank you Mr. Kelley for setting us back another month on our home remodel. Addendum: Mr. Kelly, this was not a communication misfire.
You're missing the point. Rescheduling would have been another month for us. Extremely rude of you to just not show up or at least try to call morning of. We were waiting around for you when we could have been getting other things done. I'm glad your lack of dependability surfaced before we engaged in any sort of contract.

Pat Kelley was marvelous to work with. He was very responsive, his teams were here consistently (to the point where our neighbors all independently commented on their reliability), and his communication was excellent. Our kitchen looks wonderful and was finished on schedule with no drama. There is no question that we'll use Kelley Home Services again, and I'll continue to recommend him to everyone. As our first big project, I'm thrilled that we have no interesting stories of woe to share.

We used Kelley Home Services for both exterior and interior home repair, new window installation, and a beautiful bathroom tile redo. They are professional, competent, courteous, ethical and kept us informed throughout the entire process. It is great to find a contractor I can trust, knowing they do an excellent job and stand behind their work. Whenever someone shares about beginning a home remodel or needing home repair I immediately recommend Kelley Home Services. Great people to work with!
