So pleased with Brad and my recent home renovation. Project started on time and proceeded as promised. Windows and siding were installed to perfection. Brad's men worked diligently and neatly. They were respectful of my home and took great pride in their work. I would recommend Bella unconditionally and without reservation. Appreciated the updates I received from Gina as each step of the process moved along. All in all, a great experience!

Tried to speak to him over phone. He had such a low level of professionalism. He asked questions as though i were bothering him. Awful experience.

THEIR WORK DOES NOT STAND THE TEST OF TIME! Rushed through installing new siding/ windows / doors in my house. It's 5 years later & I need new windows & doors because of all the energy I'm losing. My doors don't close properly because they installed cheap Home Depot doors. The frame doesn't even hold up! They also tried to take advantage of me even though my contract said they would take the existing siding down to a specific layer. Brad LIED because he didn't do due diligence in their pricing & tried to charge me an extra $6k after the job started (to remove an additional layer under my existing siding) even though I had in writing they would take it down to the "sheathing". He tried to tell me the wood shingles were sheathing & he didn't need to take the layer off before installing new siding. Save your money & STAY AWAY!

Extremely happy with Bella Home Improvement. We highly recommend Brad and his crew. Had our kitchen remodeled and he was both fast and detailed oriented. He made sure that everything was done right. Very easy to work with and always available to answer his phone. His slogan is "whatever makes you happy". And we are very happy. You will not be disappointed and his prices are reasonable too!

I recently had a complete remodel done by Bella & they were absolutely incredible. They did my Siding windows front door and even a my kitchen. The end result was beautiful. I would recommend Bella to everyone. Plus the price was great for the amount of work I had done. I will always use Bella for all my projects. Thanks Brad & Bella!

I strongly disagree with the review SUNG YOON has written. I have had Bella work on my home many times, Bella did my Roof, Windows, Siding, Doors and Floors. EVERY JOB THEY DID WAS BEAUTIFUL! They are wonderful to work with and a pleasure speaking with. Brad was a big help all around and was always there to make sure the job went accordingly. I WOULD DEFINITELY CHOOSE BELLA WITH EVERY JOB SMALL OR LARGE. IT WAS A PLEASURE WORKING WITH BELLA. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND CHOOSING BELLA! If anyone ever has a question about the work Bella did and my experience I would be glad to answer.

Don't deal with this company. Unprofessional, treats customers like garbage. Don't be fooled by cheap prices and sweet promises. CROOKS

You know after reading these reviews it makes me chuckle a little bit. Should have known better than to pay this company any money never mind attention. Brad.well what does one say about brad.lets say if you met his brother wayne you would know that these two wouldnt know how to speak the truth if it him them in the face. They are rip off artist. Con men if you will.

Not to mention I have never met anyone that had anything great to say about this company that was not related to Brad. It is a wonder how this company is still in business. I would go as far to say that any review on here that is positive is probably Brad himself.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. Waited two days for the guy to show up for a roof estimate and got the run around. They want you AND your husband to be around so they can take your money obviously. Why does my husband have to be there? Elyse rescheduled our appointment 3 times in one day (yesterday) until we agreed on 11am today. I call at 11:30am since he was a no show yet again and she wants me to wait 20 more minutes! Ridiculous! Disgusting customer service on a deal that couldve been profitable for you since im selling my house. Would never recommend. They don't stick to their word. A.N.S. Restoration showed up within 1 hour of my same day request. Go with them instead!

Bella replaced my roof four years ago. I have had several leaks since then. They have not responded to one of my phone calls. They say they will show up, and then do not show up, nor do they call to say they can't make it. Very poor customer service. I guess I have to go to small claims court.
