Good customer service, nicely laid out store and better priced quartz countertops than its nearby competitors.

The staff at the store are very friendly and they spent a lot of time while we were picking stone for a kitchen remodel. The prices were also pretty competitive. We opted to use their installer and that's when the experience started to go south. All told, it took multiple days to install my countertops because they didn't measure properly. This was okay because mistakes happen. However, when they came back the second time, they inexplicably decided to make the cuts to the countertops inside my house (I could not be there to monitor and I believe they took advantage of that fact).

Now my house has a thick layer of dust everywhere. When I spoke with the supervisor, his employees blamed me for the dust since I did my own demo. I explained his employees were not telling the truth and provided pictures taken right after the demo so he could compare them to the ones I took that showed dust everywhere after they left. His solution? He will "talk" with them. That's it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this place but do not let them do the install. Get someone who takes a little more pride in their work.

Great selection of granite, reasonable prices for precut counter tops, friendly helpful staff.

Fair selection of granite. I needed granite for two homes and was going to purchase a significant quantity, no discount offered. I'll keep looking until I find a quality product

This company may have nice products but don't allow them to do any work/install. We have had a lot of issues with craftmenship. Received broken/cracked granite, shower tile not installed properly, (some have fallen off). Yes manager/owner kept sending me same person to fix. Why would we need a brand new shower fixed?!

I have been online looking for quartz countertops for approx 6hrs a day for about 5days when I found an ad for J Homes, David. They have the best prices in all of Southern Ca. I was able to get a sink, a faucet and my quartz countertops for under $600. They have everything from glass sink bowls to floor tiles. I have found my go to for my home improvement needs. VERY reasonable and VERY friendly. THANKS GUYS!
