Services
Walk through= At the end, the field coordinator, the designer, and the client have a meeting and confirm everything is as planned. Pictures may be taken at this time. Follow up phone call=This can take place a few months out to assure nothing has come up, and that subcontractors have performed correctly.
Master Bathrooms take on many feelings. With so many styles available, its easy to find the perfect retreat. Many find that a combination of features and styles suit them. As you may see in a few of these bathrooms we design all types of styles, from Italian to French. The underlying theme is romantic or retreat/ spa style.
Travel southbound on I-5 until you reach I-105. Take the westbound offramp (194B) into Eugene. As the freeway approaches its end on 7th Street, stay in the middle lane. This becomes Jefferson Avenue and leads you directly to the Lane Events Center entrance where you will see the marquis at the intersection of 13th and Jefferson.
With the design very important to your kitchen layout, the actual hardwood you use determines the longevity or durability of the home. The janka hardness is an industry standard in determining the overall hardiness of the hardwoods you are selecting. The wood species you select may be based on its hardness, or you may simply like the way it looks.

After spending 15+ years in our current residence, we decided an upgrade was due. We interviewed several contractors, checked the CCB website, and talked with previous clients. After completing our "due diligence" we decided to hire Signature Kitchen & Design to complete all the work. From Ericka's designs and suggestions, to Adam's outstanding general contractor skills we were incredible pleased.
Not only did our project include a new, remodeled kitchen with all new appliances, cabinets, lighting, and prep island, but additionally 3 new bathrooms, a completely remodeled living and dining area featuring an "open concept", new updated windows, hickory wood flooring, tile flooring, gas fireplace, permanent propane tank and plumbing, as well as the removal of existing baseboard heaters, and installation of an energy efficient heat pump.
What comes to mind regarding Signature Kitchen & Design is the pride of workmanship and the care of which both Ericka and Adam demonstrated throughout our project. Erika's creative work, including responsiveness to our questions, as well as Adam's accessibility and understanding of client concerns was outstanding. Very frustrating working with this husband & wife team. She is the designer, he is the contractor. They are either too busy, or too scattered. On the very first day on site, he was 'not sure what needed to take place on this project'. Several weeks they traveled out of state to leave sub-contractors to do the work at sub-par level. Work was never completed to a satisfactory level. They have threatened to sue us in the past, and now have turned us over to a collection agency. Run from this company.

We have completed two major home renovations (two different homes) with Signature Kitchen, and we are about to embark on a third major project for a home we recently purchased. Needless to say, we have been very pleased with the work performed by Signature Kitchen and have total confidence in Adam and Ericka, the owners. In both of our completed projects, Ericka performed the frontend design work.
This woman has incredible vision as she opened our eyes to what was possible within our stated budget. She also assisted us with where to purchase things like appliances and light and bathroom fixtures at the best prices. After the design work was completed, Adam supervised the construction with a combination of their own employees and subcontractors.
He did a great job of scheduling the work around subcontractor availability, and both projects were completed on time. Since completion, we have had a couple of typical follow up/warranty issues, and they quickly assessed and resolved the issues without any claims that the issues were outside the scope or time of their warranty terms. Frankly, a recent issue was clearly outside their time warranty, and they fixed it at their cost with no complaints. Now, we are excited to move into our third renovation project with such skilled and honest people.

I love my new kitchen and addition. They added a large new kitchen and walk in pantry that is a showstopper. It's everything I dreamed of and can't believe I have the kitchen that's in all the magazines. I wished I did this years ago, but at least I have it now. It took 5 months as they said It would. The price was very reasonable and I felt we got more than expected for the price.
They kept me on budget and gave me a much larger than expected allowances in most categories. Some of the other bids were the same price or more and we were given smaller allowances in all categories, telling us the other contractors were pocketing more profit and we would have been given less. They also held our hands whenever we needed it and yet left us alone so we didn't have to worry about anything! Thanks again Adam & Ericka you both are great and we highly recommend you company.

My dealings with Signature Kitchen and Design for a complete kitchen remodel were very positive. My wife and I thought we knew what we wanted until Ericka presented ideals and a final design far better than our original wishes. The professional and experienced design aspect contributed tremendously to the overall good end result. The initial interviews and contract reviews regarding work and payment schedules were plain and reasonable.
I first saw the well thought out remodeling process presentation by Ericka at the Lane Co. Home Show. The design meetings and the construction itself followed the same orderly process. I wanted to do the demo myself, and after a few questions of me Adam had no issues letting me do that. He was accessible when I had questions and kept me informed as to the expected work progress each week.
He even adjusted his crew's work schedule to not work on requested days to accomodate my wife's night shift work & sleep schedule. I would not hesitate a moment to use Adam & Ericka again, or to recommend them. I have already recommended them to two friends.

Signature Kitchens is a great contracting firm! I'm sorry this homeowner (posted below ) is allowed to put up a review that is both inaccurate and unjustified. Against the homeowners disapproval he was ordered by a judge to remove all his remarks to all online review boards and ordered him to sign a letter stating the Judges order for the homeowner to remove and dismiss all actions against Signature Kitchen & Design.
The judge dismissed the case and Google should do so as well. It is not accurate or complete in all the work we did do on the project or the losses we sustained. If you wish a copy of the order to be emailed please do not hesitate to email us your request. We are open and honest in all of our business dealings and never want to hide anything from potential customers.
The homeowners letters of dismissal also included the CCB and the BBB which he also has erroneous claims submitted to. Both companies have received the homeowners dismissal of the case and have removed his remarks. However the claim still remains. Unfortunately, the claims although closed and dismissed still lowers our overall online ratings which is very upsetting.
Our last resort is to go to court, as in this case we needed the Judge to step in and try and correct the homeowners wrongful actions. MY HOPE IS THAT THE PUBLIC sees this very negative review and realizes that for the thousands of very happy clients it seems that more often than not those that speak up are the negative ones, so please let us email you a huge list of referrals, some of whom will let you visit their project, for proof of quality and expertise.
Again just to reiterate our first inclination and reaction is not to go to court or be hasty or harsh in dealing with clients that result in any form of disagreement. We have worked for many different personality types, always striving to please all people, all walks of life, never making anyone feel like they don't suit us, rather "what can we do for you " type of attitude. I loved working with Signature Kitchen & Design! My new kitchen is very warm and inviting. Modern but old world at the same time. Totally functional. Ericka incorporated every clever element that a small area could have. We loved working with you and we love our new kitchen. You were the easiest people to work with and communicate with- dynamic duo for sure.

I met Adam and Erica of Signature Kitchen and Design at the home show. I currently am pursuing a complaint with the contractors board and the better business bureau. I gave them ten grand to begin a remodel project. They did not begin construction on time so I fired them. They now refuse to return my money as they say deposits are not refundable. No special orders were made. I should have taken the advice of others.
