I cannot speak highly enough of this place. They really stand by their quality, workmanship, and after sales customer service. I had some stairs installed for my backyard deck and then also aluminum railing for the front of the house. Whenever there's been an issue they're quick to address and fix. Luis has had to come by a couple of times and he's always super attentive and helpful. Thank you Bracci! Can't wait to do my next project with you guys.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality I called for a quote for a fence. The lady who came to measure came 3 hours late. She measured the area on May 24th 2021 and stated that they would contact us. It's almost 3 months later and haven't heard back from anyone. This company is very unprofessional. Don't use them

Impressed Impressed Impressed The best Ironworks in Bklyn, had a little delay because of Covid, I order rails for my front steps, rails arrived in plastic wrap for protection. Never, saw this in my lifetime. Luis, the installer was amazing, perfectionist. Now, to Bracci, keep up the good work, good work and good workers is very hard to find these days. I am so happy with my rails. Thank You.

Bracci did a beautiful job on manufacturing and installing our gates and railings. They are exactly as we ordered and they look fantastic. The workers are very skillful and professional. These guys thieves and frauds. They have idiots running the company, who can not measure (Carla) or even follow simple instructions (Chris). If you expect to get your fence on time or even what you ordered then do not go with this company. They lie endlessly (Kristen), will take your money and not deliver. You have been warned. Stay away.

Ever have to stop fence installers from setting a picket fence diagonally across your garden instead of neatly around your garden as per the installation diagram and agreement? I have.

This review is 6 months overdue but nevertheless, the sentiments will remain the same. My experience with Bracci Fence was nothing short of exceptional. I value their customer service and willingness to deliver on their promises. Last Summer I had a milestone birthday. With the help of Carla and Nalajah my fence was installed and my event was a success.

They understood the meaning of timelines and how important it was for me. I am forever grateful. I received quality products (aluminum and steel fences), a superb installation team and valuable, professional service. Thank you Bracci! From a happy/satisfied customer :)

If you are looking for a fence that lasts one year, use Bracci! Bracci installed this wood fence (see photo) in 2016, posts not set deeply enough, nothing to protect or reinforce, just wood directly into dirt. The leaning slowly got worse and worse - we called in 2017. Their help: a few buckets of mud and a sledgehammer to pack the dirt into the holes forming around the posts that were rocking back and forth in the wind. Fixed? No, they just hid their mistake to make it past their "one year warranty" that they hide behind to excuse their lack of quality.

Again it gradually worsens. Its summer 2020 and we're stuck with a leaning fence that a toddler could knock down. Bracci sent someone who very kindly and professionally noted the damage, and that we would be contacted by the company. Next, Bracci calls us refusing to take responsibility to fix their failing fences after the "one year warranty" expires. Disgrace!

My experience with this compant was great from start to finish. The receptionist Nalajah was very courteous and answered all my questions and then set me up with an appointment. The estimator Carla came out and she was awesome. She loaded me with styles and information. They were not the cheapest but I do know they have a great reputation so I went with them. I am very happy with the work they did and I still get compliments and refer them all the time.

I called Bracci Iron works to do my fence and Gate work. Luis came and measured everything out and was very precise and professional. Then I met with the owner Tim and he went through everything thoroughly. They installed my fence and gate around four weeks later and I was extremely happy with the quality of work and the quality of the fence and gate.

I gave them a design of what I wanted and they copied it exactly. The men who installed the fence were excellent, patient and professional. When I had to call the office the secretary's Carla and Malaysia always call me back immediately I had a great experience with them. I highly recommend Bracci they are an excellent company. I am very very happy with the work that was done

Went here looking to replace and fix parts of my deck that was damaged over the years. Not being the greatest handy man, I needed some direction. As soon as I walked in, I was greated with a warm welcome and asked if I needed any help. I explained my situation and was immediately introduced to someone who deals with outdoor decks. I was really hoping that the guy I met wasnt going to start using all this contractor terminology which would just confuse me more.

Just my luck, the man literally said he wont use terms I didnt understand and to ask him to explain what something meant if I didnt understand. He walked me through what I needed to do and even showed me a few pointers outside by the lumber yard they have on site. I was able to walk away feeling pretty good about what laid ahead. Service was great. Price was right. The owner even came out to see how things were. Seems like a decent guy. Will definitely be back for future projects.

Don't bother. I only gave 1 star because that's the minimum. They deserve zero stars. They didn't even follow up after the free estimate. I'm still waiting and it's been over 6 months. Unreliable, non professional don't bother calling soooo unprofessional.

We needed our fence raised and Bracci made the process seamless and easy from day one. Juan & Luis took excellent care of us, communicating the needs and expectations throughout. It was a custom, complicated job and the end result looked like it was always there. The fence was completed quickly and efficiently and looks so beautiful - it made such a difference in the privacy & comfort at our home.

I only gave 1 star because there is no way to give less and leave a review. I got estimates for more than half the price but went against my better judgement thinking that dealing with a "reputable company " is the smarter decision. In hindsight that would hold true "if" this was a reputable company. This is a great place to do business if your into being lied to constantly.

The staff is actually extremely nice but don't expect to get a job done correctly. They destroyed my entire front of my home on a job that my neighbor had done in 2 hours, the exact same job. I placed this order on June 22nd today is August 27th and my job still isnt done, i was given a 2 week estimate for this order to come in and be installed in a few hours. I have no words. Broken steps and broken promises is all i have gotten on a consistent basis from this company.

Bracci has installed window bars on my basement and built me a cedar fence. I am very happy with both jobs. The installers were professional and personable. My only complaints are with scheduling and promises. The window bars took much longer to manufacture than expected, and the fence guys showed up one morning without warning. The next time I use them I'll call them and keep tabs on the job.

The owner appears to be nice however he is a horrible business man. He installed rails on my steps while I was on vacation and it was a horrible job when I returned. I expressed my dislike and hate for the job done he asked how he could satisfy us I told him I wanted it removed. Now 8 months later the ugly aluminum rails are still here nothing changed and he has the or audacity to send us a letter threatening to put a lien on our home and taking legal action for the remaining balance of $375.

He also Lied stating that he called us and I now not wanting to pay him. He is a joke for a business owner and he is a liar. I wish I read the reviews before I paid him. No one should ever deal with this business. If my eyes were closed I would call him Donald Trump. A pathetic liar and a thief. Do business with him if you want I'll be your disappointment and your loss. I should sue him for the crappy work he did.

Absolutely the worst fence company in existence. Nobody at this company knows anything at all about what a fence is or how to install it. It has been most aggravating experience in my life dealing with these totally incompetent morons. Everyone at Bracci fence is a completely useless idiot. DO NOT USE BRACCI FENCE! ANY FIVE STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE.

Worst experience ever unreliable liars and scam artist quoted me one price i left a deposit then totally changed the price not to mention calling me at 9 am screaming like im a child by the owner tim bracci himself and threatening me! this business is a joke go at your own risk

I hired Bracci to fix iron bars for my window so that it would fit an air conditioner. In May. Many sweltering, air conditionless weeks later, we are still waiting for the job to be completed. Though they took detailed measurements when they were initially here, I found out that their technician had been trouble reaching me and needed to come back out to the house.

My voice mail was full, so initially my bad- but I had to call three times just to find that out, towards the end of June when I was wondering why I hadn't heard anything (I hadn't missed any calls from Bracci's office number). After the technician came out to the house (to do what? I have no clue- he was only here for a couple of minutes, and like I said, someone had already taken detailed measurements) he said it would take 7-10 days to finish.

A week later when I called, they said it would be ready the next Friday (another ten days away.) The next Thursday when I called to find out what time to expect the next day, they said it would be ready "Next Friday." The contract said 6-9 weeks, which ended yesterday. I'm sweaty AF, and pissed at the constant delays and poor communication. It's a simple project and they have had tons of time.

If things came up to delay finishing the project- they should have at least called to let me know, instead of waiting for me to check in on them. Make it right Bracci- finish this job quickly and don't charge me for the other half of the project (you ARE in breach of contract now) and I will take down my negative reviews.

They came to my rescue when I needed emergent services. The Salesperson was very professional and the installation person knew what they were doing. The work was neatly done and I'm pleased. I need some other work done right away and I'll be calling on them again. Ann N

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I am so disappointed in their service. They installed our fence incorrectly and the gate latch doesn't work. We called to have them fix it and they want to charge FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to fix their own mistake! Get your fence somewhere else. Unprofessional and poor quality.

This company was a nightmare. I wish I would have gone with one of the other 4 quotes I obtained. Bracci was slightly cheaper but cost me much more in headaches. Originally I was told 2-4 week wait for my fence installation. I put down a 50% deposit. I called around weeks 3 and 4 and was always told "next week". At week 5 one of the owners called me and said they couldn't do the job as drawn in the contract due to a neighbor's tree he observed in a photo his man took. (None of the other contractors, including his man who came to the house thought the tree would be in an issue) But he insisted we had to alter the plans.

He also said it would be "a few more weeks" until delivery. I met with my house contractor that eve, who also does fences (just much more expensive ones) and he confirmed there wasn't an issue with the tree. I called the owner back the next morning and he was confrontational and aggressive and repeatedly yelled (literally yelled) that he "was 67 years old" and was positive the tree was in the way.

I asked him to send a man out to look at it in person. He refused. The next day I asked for my deposit back. He said I "wouldn't get much back". Only when I responded that we would then end up in court (they were clearly in breach of contract. outside of the promised delivery date and unable to install the fence as drawn in the contract) only then did he stop yelling and ask what I wanted.which was to simply TRY to install the fence as originally promised.

He then said he would schedule it for the next week and immediately transferred my call over to someone to book it. Well, it wasn't the next week.or even the next. Finally, at 8 weeks they came to install it. Took 2 days because the guys work half days. And guess what, the tree WASN'T an issue at all. The install guys immediately said the tree wasn't a problem after looking at it for like 2 seconds.

This mean, stubborn owner guy was wrong and caused me, my husband, our landscaper and himself a lot of time and headache needlessly. I give them 2 stars because the install guys were nice and did decent work. We aren't as in love with our fence as we hoped to be, but it's good enough.

This company just installed a custom PVC fence in my backyard three weeks ago and it is BEAUTIFUL. They were very professional and very patient with answering my questions. My fence was installed exactly within the time frame. I would definetley recommend Bracci Fence & Iron Works to all my family friends. Thumbs UP from a satisfied customer!

I think these people leaving bad reviews are utterly and completely wrong with everything they have said. I've ordered many, MANY times and have gotten nothing but great service. I've recommended bracci fence to friends and family, they too have been nothing but happy. Bracci fence is family owned and run, it's very personable and I like to support small businesses.

Their work is thorough. Do not let these negative reviews change your mind about calling and doing business with them. Clearly people leave more bad reviews then good on yelp which doesn't look good on a company! I'm glad I saw this because I want to set the record straight and boost their star rating!

As the owner of a new home not too far from Bracci, I was hoping to start a long relationship with a local family-owned business. My job was simple: build a replacement gate for the chainlink fence in front of my new house. My first contact was promising: I called to ask what kind of measurements they needed, and the man I spoke with (a member of the Bracci family, I believe) was quite helpful and specific.

I came to the store on June 25 to place the order. I was told that normally it was just 2-3 days for a small job like this, but they were backed up, so it would take a week. A week passed, and no word. I called a few times, and each time was told it would be a few more days. It was finally ready on July 9 -- it only took twice as long as promised.

I had rented a car for a few days, so I went to the store and picked up the gate. When I got home, I quickly realized it didn't fit: it was -exactly- the same size as the opening, with no accommodation for the hinges and latch. I called, and they offered to pick it up, fix it, and deliver the new gate--that seemed like a reasonable way to make good.

But again, the pickup only happened after I called a few times to see when they were coming. The guy picking it up asked when I wanted it back; I said, oh, early next week would be fine. I called Tuesday afternoon and was told it'd be a few more days. Finally, the second-draft gate was delivered on July 24--almost exactly a month after I placed the order.

But it still didn't fit! It was somehow still exactly the same size as the opening. I was about to leave town for about a week, so I asked the delivery guy if the third try could be ready on Monday, August 3; he said he'd do his best. When I called the Friday before to confirm, I was told that they were really backed up in the shop, and it wasn't quite clear where my gate was, anyway. So, today, 6 weeks after my initial order, I called and spoke with someone in upper management, who was not at all interested in delivering a fixed gate, so I got my money back (though he was very careful not to give me a refund for the hinges and latch, which had been left at my house during this saga). Needless to say, they've lost a few decades of my future business!

DO NOT do business with Bracci Fence. I paid them for work in April of 2015 and they did not start until July 2015. I had to call them every week to ask when they were going to install the fence. When they finally started the installation, they worked for one day, installed one section, and never came back. The phone receptionist is a rude and ignorant woman. To top it off, the workers were staring at my wife like predators. I am filing a lawsuit. Do not hire them to do anything, you will very likely regret it.

Let's say I would still be waiting on an estimate. On the first "appointments, " I stayed home and waited on day. When I called the receptionist claimed the estimator showed up although no one ever called or rang the bell. After the second no show, I just didn't even bother to call back. I guess they met their quota for the month and didn't need the extra business.

Beautiful fence in our backyard with a gate. The fence is perfectly straight, sturdy, and the look is fantastic!
