A garage door opener, sometimes called an operator, is an appliance that performs the task of opening and closing a garage door. An opener is a completely separate issue from the door itself. The opener has a relationship to the garage door similar to the relationship between your lawn and your lawnmower.

Called Phil after dealing with a frustratingly loud garage door for far too long. He was out to our house quickly, and had my old, broken springs replaced and door up-and-running in no time! Very reasonably priced, especially considering the level of service and care provided. Will be calling Phil for any of our future garage door related repairs in the future.

Just had the pleasure of meeting Phil at our new residence and he got straight to assessing what could be causing the noise issue - didn't oversell anything - and worked diligently to let us know what was the most cost minor efficient route we could take. He made some adjustments while pointing out what he believed to be wrong and bam! it was significantly more quiet. Really appreciate honest individuals that know what they are doing in their field. My garage door broke, and after minor panicking I started looking for a repairman. After researching and reading reviews I came across Phil and Don't Panic Emergency Garage Repair who not only was patient but also very helpful in just recommending and responding to my questions. Phil walked me through my garage door issue over the phone and actually was able to give a good guesstimate of what the issue was. He came out the next day(although he offered to come that same day but my schedule would not permit) and fixed the issue within an hour. The price was more than reasonable and I was able to get on with my day. Phil is a local small business so I would highly recommend his services if you are need of garage repair.
