They were extremely helpful and professional in the entire process from estimating and ordering all the way to installation and follow up. I've had Andrew and his crew do work for me numerous times throughout the years. Just recently there was a sensor that was bad and needed to be replaced. Once again Christie Overhead Garage Doors far exceeded my expectations. From my initial phone call, to scheduling, to work getting done on time, and follow up. I will NEVER go anywhere else and will NEVER recomend anybody else but Andrew and his crew. Everyone in the company is awesome. Great job as always.

Worst Company Ever! We had a home renovated about two years ago. We didn't take possession of the home until March of 2020. Christie Overhead Door is who the builder used for the garage door. Fast forward to April of 2021 and the garage door won't open. Since it was installed more than a year ago, it was no longer under warranty. Never, ever had a garage door stop working in my life, but ok.

I call to set up an appt and had to wait a week for someone to come. I guess my car is stuck in my garage for the next week. Had my MIL drive an hour to my home to sit and wait for them to show up since we work full time. No one showed up. When called, they told us that they needed to order the part. How do you know which part to order if you never came to look at the door? Oh, we know by the code.

Now we need to make another appointment. Waited another week for the appointment while my car is still stuck in the garage, took the day off work so I can be there. I call about 10 am since I haven't heard from them and I'm told they are loading the truck now, they will be there shortly. I wait and wait. I get a phone call around lunch to tell me that someone will definitely be there, DEFINITELY BE THERE, it's just taking longer because they had to pull one of the guys to help on another job.

I wait and I wait. No one shows up, no one calls. It's now after 5 pm on a Friday, I call and leave a message that no one showed up. I know they have emergency service on Sat, but no show and no call. I finally get a call on Monday apologizing that no one showed up and to schedule another appointment. Seriously? You must be joking! I found another company to come and fix the door.

It was fixed in less than an hour and it cost 1/3 of the price that Christie was going to charge me for labor, no less the cost of the "part" that they said they needed, which was not needed. If you decide to use this company, you've been warned.

Christie recently installed my new garage door for my home. From ordering, scheduling and installation, the process was seamless. They are very professional and reliable. The installers were very friendly, neat and knowledgable; and they did an amazing job. My experience was great and I highly recommend them!

If I can give more than 5 stars, I totally would! They were God send! Highly highly recommend. They been communicating with me all through the process and could not have made it easier! From the time they came to give me a free estimate to installation was only 1 week! Andrew was great! What a pleasure dealing with such professional and dedicated individual! Christie Overhead Door is an amazing company for all your garage door needs. Expert technicians and quality materials make them the premiere commercial and residential garage door company in the city. Their excellent staff had a technician at my house within hours of my call and my garage door was fixed the next day! Their prices are very affordable and always honest. I highly recommend Christie Overhead Door for any garage door repairs you may have or if you are the market for a new garage door to add to your home's curb appeal.

They came and changed my garage door in July but two panels were the incorrect size, so the work was incomplete. The person I spoke to at the office promised to put a rush on the order for the parts. It is now October 10th and I have not heard from Christie's. The garage door cannot be opened, which is a fire hazard. I called three times only to be told that we will hear from them (it was implied I should not contact them, they will contact me) and that the delay is due to COVID-19. I cannot recommend this company after such unsatisfactory service and poor communication.

Ultra quality work, very professional and timely install and delivery. Simply the best if your deciding to get a new garage door, go to them you wont regret it. Many options to choose from as well. Speak to Crystal she was very professional and made it all happen. The door is super quiet when in operation, very good materials used on the tracks & wheels and the door i chose was very good quality for insulating the house from cold temperatures.

I chose the the closest color to match the iron door i have and they had many accessories to dress up the door as well. Price was also very fair. 5 stars to Christie's overhead doors. I had an issue with my garage door and needed service as soon as possible since we were going on vacation. Called Christie's they came out the same day to service it and fixed my door. the girls on the phone are so polite and the technician was so thorough. I would gladly use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs service.
