I called Pioneer Exteriors to install some french doors after having a bad experience with a handyman service. My door frame is custom, and the handyman service kept ordering the wrong size. Pioneer came out and made sure it was measured properly so it would fit. It looks absolutely wonderful. I intend to call them if I every need any exterior work done in the future.

I have a storm door that was put on my house back in the 50's by Pioneer and it still seals perfectly. My front storm door was replaced in the late 90's and needs to be replaced. Guess who will be replacing it. Pioneer is the only company I will use from now on.

I just had the pleasure of working with them to repair siding, a walk-through garage door, and replace all my shutters from hail damage. They were prompt in coming to my house for a quote. The owner, Mr. Pittman, is second-to-none in professionalism and kindness, and he was very clear and explained the answer to each of my questions so I understood the whole process.

I spoke with the office manager, Mike, on multiple occasions for scheduling, payments, etc., and he is extremely helpful and friendly. The gentlemen who completed the repairs on my house were extremely friendly and careful in their work. They searched my yard and driveway to be sure nothing could damage my car tires or lawn mower from remaining pieces that could have fallen during their work.

I also received a personal thank you note from the owner thanking me for using their business. As a busy owner, I really appreciate the time taken out of his say to thank me for my business. Pioneet Exteriors replaced all 13 windows, one of which I had changed from a small window to an eight (8)' picture window. They also replaced my front door, the whole front facade of my house, and put on all new siding. They then built stairs for my deck, replaced all the spindles on the deck, and replaced the smaller deck supports with larger ones and added an additional support.

They were always on time and if they were running late, they would call. They were very polite, picked up all tools and supplies everyday, and did a fantastic job. I would definitely hire them again.

Very impressed! My wife and I wanted to put on storm windows for our new daughter's room. We looked around for a good price, but also someone that would guarantee installation before our due date. We ended up getting a recommendation from a neighbor to use Pioneer and we couldn't be happier. They were here to measure the next day. Very friendly and personable.

Then ordered my windows and installed them super quickly. They walked me through how to use them and even called to see if they were still working out for me. I just got a hand signed card in the mail thanking me for my business. Not many businesses still operate with this type of personal customer service, but when you find one you might as well keep using them.

Next time you need storm windows make sure you use Pioneer. Give them your money and help keep them in businesses, instead of supporting larger companies that don't go the extra mile and are just about the bottom line.

I am extremely disappointed with the company. They gave me an over the phone quote for $106 per window. When the owner showed up he stated it would be $136 per window. I explained to him the quote they gave me over the phone. He stated that he was the owner of the company and that he didn't care what they told me over the phone. I asked him how much of the cost came from labor and how much came from the materials needed. He rudely responded when you go to McDonald's do you ask them how much the ingredients cost and how much of the cost was labor.
