Sherri did an excellent job on a previously repaired area in a fiberglass bathtub unit. She used her extensive experience to assess the situation and repaired it accordingly. She was professional, friendly and kept me updated with the timing of her arrival. I can't ask for more than that. Thank you, Sherri. Job well done!

Hired ProTech just to repair a small crack in a fiberglass shower, so I can't speak to their full installations, but they did a great job with my fix. The contact person (Sherri?) got back to me really quickly after I posted a estimate request on their website, and was very helpful and polite with setting everything up for the repair. The guy who actually did the estimate and subsequent repair (Shane?) was nice and professional, did great work, and even took time to make sure I understood what he was doing with each step in the repair.
He'd already explained all the potential costs during his estimate visit, so in the end the only (pleasant) surprise I had was that it actually came in under budget. They caught me early on Friday to let me know they needed to reschedule from a planned afternoon fix due to it taking longer to help someone else earlier in the day. Having just gone through an AC repair where the guy left the job half-done to go to his next appointment (and who couldn't reschedule us to finish the repair for another 4 days!) I can appreciate someone dealing with something like plumbing wanting to make sure what they're working on is done right before moving on to collect the next 'service call' fee (especially since my repair was just cosmetic). Shane came out early on the next day (Saturday morning) so that I wouldn't have to miss any work the following week due to the reschedule, and he was in and out in 2 hours.
They made what is an occasionally unavoidable complication with this type of business go over quite smoothly on my end. Based on my experience and their quality of work, I'd certainly hire them again.
