I sure enjoyed you all doing this project. Everyone was considerate, competent and had a great attitude. We do not recommend RX Home Solutions! They did a bathroom remodel for us awhile back. From the beginning to end, Paul the owner, was very rude & condescending with us. Don't want to get into all the drama & details but we had a terrible time dealing with him & his contractors. The work was sloppy & slow & some of our tiles have cracked. Communication was awful to say the least & the owner is very arrogant rude & not a pleasant person to be around. I'm quite surprised to see some good reviews about them; those people were lucky.
Someone else we know had a horrible experience with them but are too afraid to post about it. I don't like posting bad reviews about people but really wanted to let the public know. Steer clear of this place!

Rx Home Solutions just finished installing drywall and backsplash in my kitchen. I am very pleased with the finished product. Although the backsplash is not perfect, that is more because of the type of glass tile I picked out. It is extremely thin, and was very difficult to get everything to stay in with the grout. The poor installer had cut up and bleeding fingers by the end of it. Overall, the kitchen looks great, and I will definitely call Rx Home Solutions if I have another project to do. I am thinking my bathroom will need updating next.

It's not often that you find a handyman & remodeling company that (1) shows up on time when they say they will, (2) is reliable and honest, and (3) does a great job. I have used Rx Home Solutions for two bathroom remodeling jobs, which involved plumbing, tiling, moving walls, moving windows, installing a/c ducts, installing a heated tile floor, and more. I've also had them fix a sagging ceiling in our garage, where they had to get up into the attic to reinforce the old 1960s-era floor, and they cheerfully moved piles of stuff around up in the hot attic to get that job done.
Their bids are reasonable, they do what they say they will do, they clean up at the end of the day, and their work is solid. I really like their slogan from their website, a quote by Mark Twain: "Always do right. This will gratify some people and astonish the rest." I love having a handyman I can trust and rely on. I highly recommend Rx Home Solutions.

I am super happy with the job Rx Home Solutions just did. We has some minor flooding in our bathroom that resulted in needing all-new baseboards/door frames painted and put in, and some carpet padding replaced. The repair part of the company who did the actual drying-out of the bathroom quoted $1100 for the repairs. I was shocked. There is no way we could afford that after the drying-out had cost us so much.
Around that same time I got a flier in the mail from Rx Home Solutions, and I usually never go with a company based off a flier, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to get another quote. Tim got back to me right away and came over to check out the bathroom. He was so friendly and gave me a quote on the spot: $515! Half as much! I was tempted to book them right away but thought it'd be good to get one other quote. However, that person never got back to me after saying he would come by for a quote later in the week. Rx Home Solutions just completed the work yesterday and our bathroom is restored!
They arrived right at 7:30 a.m. as they had promised and worked so hard the whole day. When they left, everything was cleaned up, and my bill was exactly $515, not a penny over. Wohooo!

I have been in contact with Tim for months now about my bathroom remodel exchanging ideas for bids. I have been taking my time and very indecisive as you know there are a lot of options on the market. rx Home Solutions has been very patient, kind, and understanding this whole time. they are easy to talk to via phone, email, and in person. I have not officially had any work done and will update after that happens. I just want to give them credit being professional and pleasant this whole time.

Rx Home Solutions remodeled a bathroom for me. They were very courteous and seemed to respond well to my questions and requests. They responded well when I wasn't pleased with some tile work and fixed it without any complaint. Things seemed great for a while. Since then, and just after a year of their warranty, I had a major plumbing leak in the wall where they replaced the shower head.
The licensed plumber I hired to come out on a Saturday said he had rarely seen such bad welds and obviously the work was done by a poorly trained person. A few other aspects of the work were sub-par. I give them 2 stars because they were pleasant to deal with and mostly did things well, which unfortunately nearly clears the very low bar set by residential contractors.
If you choose them, I suggest insisting that they outsource the plumbing work to a licensed plumber, otherwise you may later face a ruined wood floor and a large bill to open up a wall and fix things right!
