We've used them in the past for carpets and were super happy with them. This time, we used them to clean patio furniture upholstery. It was super easy to schedule an appointment. They are so nice! Ryan and Anthony were our technicians. We were texted a picture of the technician (safety!) prior to the visit. I loved that. Evan came out yesterday to help clean out my dryer vent. He was amazing to work with, respected my home, gave me some tips and even let my two dogs say hello! Would highly recommend them for reasonable pricing and they were able to squeeze me in after a cancellation.

Peace Frog cleaning has been my go to for professional carpet & upholstery cleaning needs for a few years. They never disappoint. Just had service this week, the tech Jeremy was amazing. During the cleaning the Tech advised me that we had a little accident. No worries, I appreciated the honesty. After he left, I noticed I had one other item that we had not realized was part of the incident.

If the item was low dollar I would have just moved on. I immediately reported the loss to their office. Within 45min of my report, the amazing front office & management had secured the facts of the incident and resolved the issue with a replacement order from the vendor of my damaged item. I have 3 year old carpet that has been moderately abused by 2 dogs, 2 cats and a daughter who is quite messy with her makeup. After several pet stains, oil from pets coats, smeared makeup, and drink spills developed, I figured it was time for a carpet cleaning and began the process of vetting cleaning companies. From the 1st contact, Peace Frog really stood out from the other companies!

While speaking with Justin McBride on the phone, he was thorough, listened well, friendly and pleasant. He repeated my concerns back to me and asked clarifying questions, it was a positive experience. They sent a rep to my house to evaluate the job and give a quote. I really appreciated this, because 2 other companies just gave an estimate over the phone without even knowing what the job entailed. Jason Schmidt, the technician who came to my house and gave a quote, explained their entire processes to me, was knowledgeable, friendly, and offered several solutions.

He didn't try any "hard sell" tactics either (a different company tried this approach and it was very off putting). It was a good experience and a honest price, so I booked the carpet cleaning. Peace Frog sent over Jeremy McKnight, the carpet cleaning technician, and again I was taken back at how friendly and professional their employees were. Jeremy, asked great questions, showed that he listened to my concerns, was personable, and communicated everything extremely well!

You can tell he really cares about his customers. He did an outstanding job lifting the stains from our carpet. The carpets look brand new, the house smells great, and we're all super satisfied with our experience in working with Peace Frog! You seriously cant go wrong with using them! Peace Frog was fantastic. We had them clean 3 rooms with carpet and they also cleaned the dryer vent, which hadn't been done in a long time. The communication from day one was excellent, and I appreciated that they confirm the day before and give you a 30 minutes heads up when they're on their way. I never leave reviews but I really was blown away by the service I received this morning. I just had Jeremy out to my house to clean three carpeted rooms and the tile of one bathroom. He was on time, very thorough, helpful, kind - all the things you want when having someone do work in your home! Will definitely have Peace Frog back again!

We recently moved from out of state to the Austin area. Our rental home had beautiful hardwood floors, until you stepped onto them. They were not taken care of or cleaned properly in a long time. I contacted Peace Frog and they sent someone out the next day for an estimate. Jason was amazing. He took the time to talk to me and told me what process he would use to remove the built up grime. Jason and his team were very responsive and did a fantastic job. I've never had such a great job with my carpets cleaned- they look brand new. They also pressure washed a deck and cleaned a patio and were flexible to figure out what was the best option to use for my deck and furniture. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again when needed.

Best experience I've ever had with a service coming into my home. Neighbors recommended them. Scheduling was easy. Communication was fantastic. Prices were reasonable. On time. Great work! They cleaned two wool rugs and a white chase lounge(well it was white again after they cleaned it). Jacob was our technician and he gave A service. He's very knowledgeable. Carlos called to let me know he was available to come an hour earlier than planned which worked out very well for me. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. We reviewed the order I had placed over the phone and I ended up needing one less room cleaned. He was great and charged me less than I had estimated. Had a great experience with Peace Frog! Got the tile steamed and grout sealed, carpets cleaned and 2 couches cleaned. They got out a stain that has haunted me for 3 years. was ready to replace the carpet but $59 and they got it out! Explained the processes in detail so I understood how long to stay off each service. Well worth the money, I am very pleased with how everything turned out!

Service was prompt, with well communicated timeline expectations. Chad, our technician, was very cordial and did a fantastic deep clean of our carpet and tile. He offered an additional service or two, but was very reasonable and I didn't feel like I was getting a hard sell. The floors look great and the service was fantastic. Peace Frog and their technician Ryan are really something special. I never imagined I'd be a raving fan of a cleaning company, but here I am. I'm in the real estate business and have sold hundreds of homes. Most of the cleaning companies I've dealt with have been a necessary evil with the chemicals they dump into your house. In the past I'd have to vacate the house until it dried because of the fumes, but not today.

Not only that, but our carpet today was so dirty I thought we might have to replace it. Nope, it's now clean as a whistle. Ryan was incredibly friendly and professional. We had no issues making the appointment and they were right on time. We have a pretty challenging set up, and had to move a lot of stuff around but Ryan went right to it and if we forgot something he took care of it. I'm so happy that I decided to go with Peace Frog. I was hesitant because it was cheaper than Steam Team and the reviews were so positive that I raised an eyebrow. Danny did an excellent job even though I was out of town and upheld the standard shown in the reviews. My cousin did the walk through and she was really pleased. Furthermore, there was a small mix up with the order and Danny took care of it extremely quickly.

I truly appreciate him going the extra mile to deliver outstanding customer service on top of doing an incredible job cleaning our carpets. I can't wait to see them in person, but I trust that I'll be comfortable moving back into my house. One thing I would say though is to pay in cash/check, otherwise there's a 3% convenience fee added. Still cheaper than some of the alternatives though. Also, you may need to take a day off because the service window can be lengthy -- however, they text/call when they're 30 minutes away so that helps. Overall, I was really pleased with Peace Frog and I'll use again.

Peace Frog was awesome. They showed up right on time and manged their way around a home staging, as I was about to list my home. They cleaned carpets, upholstery and area rugs, as well as tile floors and baseboards. The upholstery was a white couch. It was super dingy and now looks almost new. The carpets and rug look great and I frankly couldn't believe how dirty the tile must have been because it's "hurt your eyes" shiny, now. I would recommend these guys to anybody.

I love working with Peace Frog - my husband and I utilize them at least twice a year, especially around the holidays when we know we are going to have lots of company in and out of the house and we need to ensure our pet hair, odors and spots are taken care of in our carpeted areas. This company is amazing! The office staff are all top notch - super helpful and friendly (I called many, many times with various questions and rescheduling). I was very impressed with Peace Frog. We got an appointment the next day and the service was excellent! We had our rugs cleaned and the guy also cleaned the tile and grout in our front entry for free. The rugs look great, but I was more amazed by how clean and bright the tile and grout looks now. I appreciate that they use all natural ingredients since I have small children. It also makes me realize how dirty our floors have become. We will definitely be calling again in the near future.

I like many people have been working from home during the quarantine and was worried about the process of getting the carpets cleaned during my usual work day. But I am so glad that I went with these guys! I submitted a request for a quote online and received a call within 30 minutes. Guy, the sales rep, was very quick yet thorough when asking about our needs for the quote and then scheduling our time slot.

I received an email to confirm shortly after that as well as a reminder email the day prior to service. The morning of the service, I received a text from our Tech Ryan letting me know when he would be here. It also included a picture of him and some cool personal info about himself. Very cool to be able to see who would be coming into our home! He arrived exactly at the time he gave us and was very professional and polite.

He set clear expectations about the time it would take to finish and results. Besides the hoses we barely even noticed he was here. She gave well detailed explanations of my options and other services they offer in addition to my carpet cleaning. My technician was Guy. He was on time and very friendly. My dog loved him, so that's a good sign too!

He took great care with making sure cords and hoses did not scratch anything, and the carpets look great. He too was sure to mention the other services Peace Frog offers including power washing. My technician, Jason, was excellent and very hard working. The quality of work he performed far surpassed any other carpet cleaning company I've ever used in the past! They are not the least expensive in town, but I was not looking for cheap. I was looking for the best quality at a reasonable price and Peace Frog is exactly that! We were impressed when my wife and I used Peace Frog last year for carpet cleaning, Martin was very professional and helpful. We had to use them again for carpet cleaning after our flood repairs were processed. Steven who came out on 1/15/18 was also very professional and paid attention to the areas that needed cleaning. We had out grout cleaned in the tile floors in the master bathroom and it looks great.
