Back in 2010 my wife and I had just recent purchased our new home and need something to cover our large deck in the back of the house, that when I found Four Seasons Awning and started to work with Kirk Douglas witch I thought was kind of cool because he reminded me of the actor, anyways had them install a SunFlexx 20x12 power retractable awning that is used every day in the summer time.
Over the past 10 years in general we have had no issues with the awning, the color has faded just a bit but not much due to the fine quality of the material but over time the brackets that hold the awning in place started to dig into our siding, so I called and spoke with Glenn Johnson and he personally came out to take a look at what was going on and was more than happy to work with me on a resolution.
I will be looking into getting another awning to cover our patio and our first stop will be with Four Seasons Awning. Thank you to both Kirk and Glenn for the great product and service. Tim Steeves Aurora, Co

Four Seasons Awning has been in business for a long long time and their success comes from taking care of their customers. I have had the pleasure of working with directly Glen Johnson many times over the past 20 plus years and he has always done everything he can to make his customers happy. I read a negative post on here, and just wanted to say that some people cannot be made happy no matter what you do. Four seasons awning has thousands of satisfied, happy customers so please do not let one miserable person convince you otherwise.

I did a lot of research before deciding to order a shade sail from Four Seasons Awning. They were the only company I found (when looking 2 years ago) that hit the mark on every feature that needs to be included in a high quality and therefore long lasting shade sail. They use marine-grade stainless steel hardware, UV stabilized thread, they have a wide selection of the highest quality UV protected fabrics, they take additional steps in the construction of the sail to assure a strong product, and the sail is manufactured in Colorado and not overseas, something that was important to me (and also insures a quick turnaround once you place your order).
Over the 2 years it took me to finally order the sail, the owner answered my endless questions promptly and thoroughly, even on the weekends! Granted, it's not a cheap sail, but you get what you pay for and I wanted it to last in our wind-ripping, high-altitude location. The sail is well made and fits perfectly. Printing out the invoice and sending the check by the USPS was a nuisance; an online payment method would have been less hassle, but that's not a deal breaker. Judging by the service I received, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Four Seasons Awning.

Worked with Kirk and Four Seasons on a large commercial project in Boulder to fabricate and install more than a dozen custom awnings. Four Seasons was a pleasure to work from beginning to end. Kirk provided extremely valuable information and quick response time long before we awarded Four Seasons the work. The attention to detail from the design process through fabrication and installation was greatly appreciated, as was the courteous and pleasant attitude.
Can't imagine the process being any smoother or the final product any nicer. Considering the complexity of this project, I would feel comfortable going to Four Seasons for any and all future work - I highly recommend Four Seasons.
