Amistee Air Duct Cleaning

I chose Amistee because of the outstanding reviews. I was not disappointed. The office let me know when the service men were on their way. They arrived on time! Barry and Wesley were very courteous and professional. I am very pleased with the results. When I use my furnace. it also has a very pleasant fragrance coming from the vents.(bonus) Thank you! Barry also gave me some very good advice on how to continue to maintain my furnace.

He was VERY knowledgeable. He even helped me with my dryer vent :) They put everything back in place and cleaned up when they were finished. I too, highly recommend this company for their work and customer service!

Setting the appointment was easy and professional. Rob Sutton was the serviceman who did our work. He was very polite, helpful and cleaned up nicely. Highly recommended. These folks are committed professionals. The team arrived promptly, ascertained the job, and did their work efficiently and as unobtrusively as possible. My wife asked to have our dryer vent cleaned (everyone, do this!), and was told after it was examined, it wasn't needed, and would be an unnecessary expense. From start to finish Amistee was very professional. The order desk call me back quickly and quoted me a cost and set me up with my preferred technician, Kyle K, who was highly recommended by several of my neighbors. The scheduled morning I received a text to let me know the Amistee Team (Kyle K and Alexey) were on the way, arriving on time. The team did a very good job explaining the process, protecting the flooring and walls from the vacuum tubing.

Once completed they cleaned up everything and explained the whole process. Both men were kind, very respectful, and so funny. The whole experience was great and I will be using Amistee again for there other services. They truly enjoy their job and you can tell, they work with excellence and joy. A good example to my teenagers that were home today. Looking forward to significant less dust in the weeks to come! The pictures showed a significant improvement.

Amistee got me in easily, was prompt and did a good job cleaning and sanitizing the ducts and cleaning the dryer vent. I can tell the air is blowing harder/faster than it was before and the returns are cleaner than I could ever get then with the vacuum. The techs were polite and cleaned up after themselves. The only issue I had is my respiratory system was slightly bothered once the furnace started running again after they left.

I assumed it was the sanitizing spray residue. I put 5 stars because I can't do a half star - my wife and kids weren't bothered, just me. I would open all the windows next time for a few hours with the furnace running to clear it out faster. I will definitely use them again!

Their communications were clear and helpful. I was not able to be there during the work, but I had the chance through out housekeeper who was there to talk on the phone with their technician. They had the HVAC filter replacement needed on their truck. The before and after photos were helpful, too. I only wish I had had the technician's number so that I could have spoken to him a bit more about their service. Overall I was pleased with their work. I like that the deodorizing and sanitizing product is naturally based on essential oils.

The service provided by Rob and Preston was excellent! They arrived on time, explained in detail what they would be doing, approximately how long it would take and the cost of the service before starting. Very professional, clean, wore face masks entire time and friendly. We felt very comfortable having them in our home. End result is we no longer have excess dust and a lot less sneezing from allergies. Definitely recommend Amistee and will have them back again. Barb B

Called several companies and they gave me the best price for a thorough cleaning. Originally, they were booked out 3 months but because I was flexible for scheduling, they had a cancellation and were able to get me in the next week. They did a great job and were easy to talk to as they explained the process. They were very knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! The two gentlemen were very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. Showed up on time and were very conscious about not ruining your house such as throwing corner guards by drywall or cabinets close to the floor. They wore shoe booties and laid down a rug for their equipment. Took about 2 hours or so. Went around the entire house all returns and floor vents. I would definitely recommend, feel free to use the coupon in the photos for a $30 discount.

The crew was on time and very efficient. They worked amazingly around 2 kids, 2 dogs, and a giant mess of toys in our basement. They were very courteous and took the time to explain the work being done and left no mess.

Really happy to have completed our first air duct and dryer vent cleaning with Amistee. We had just purchased our first home in March and knew prior owners had dogs and cats, plus the unknowing of prior maintenance on the house. Scheduling took 1-2 month waits but worth it. For +/-2800 sf 2 story home + basement Adrian and Tony arrived on time and completed the work within 2.5 hours.

It was fun seeing the process and they took good care in laying down blankets and protecting the walls for their large tube. Another member arrived to give additional options for future sealant. We opted for the sanitization and it smelled like fruity pebbles right after service. Best part was Adrian and Tony getting out half a garbage bag of lint and debris from our dryer vent.

It was something we had tried to tackle with an Amazon stick brush + drill attachment but had no luck. All access holes into our dusts were well plugged and sealed. Super happy with Amistee’s service and will look forward to getting on a yearly plan for dryer vent maintenance.

Ryan & Nathan were amazing technicians that took the time to make sure we were comfortable with every step of sealing of our ducts. They also found issues from recent construction and were able to alert us so we could contact the general contractor to get it fixed.
